Today I stopped here to put air in my tires since my low tire pressure sign came on. The front gas attendant immediately asked if I bought gas with a poor attitude. Not how I wanted to start my morning. I work every day driving around and get gas all over San Diego. I let her know I’ve never been asked this question and I have bought gas from their gas station many of times. She proceeded to let me know the coins are expensive that they have to give us etc. I just don’t understand why asking to turn on the air was given with such rudeness and difficulty. NEVER have I experienced this and I drive 500 miles a week all over San Diego since I travel to my patients and I’m in the medical field. I will not stop here again for gas, air whatever I may need. So if you need air just pass this place up.

Today I had a very bad experience with the cashier I was trying to pay with my phone but she lost her patience and started yelling at me I told her to be more patient and she told me that if I was a majesty to bow to me and she started bowing her head I told her that I am simply a client and she has to be patient and attend to me and she told me that she would take off her shirt and I dare to go fight outside.

The lazy, good-for-nothing minimum wage lackeys that the owner of this Shell has found fit to mind the store overnight have placed hand written “Closed” signs on the doors.
Surely the ability of the employees to sleep on the job trumps the intent of the store owner for the shop to remain open 24 hours.

The car wash folks are overly aggressive so much so that my wife will not go. The cashiers are generally not polite. This is Carmel Valley not South Bronx so fix your attitude!

Follow me for more places to refill your rv propane tanks. It was 11.9 gallons of propane for $63.98. I was told that it was too late to ask for a detailed receipt as it needs to be asked for when you are getting the propane outside not when you are paying for it. Give me a register receipt and that was it. I like to keep records of my propane refills, so this was a little disappointing, but I wrote that down myself. They don't like refilling propane that is low to the ground, but said that they would do it if you hooked it up for them. It's hard for them to bend down to refill the propane. I don't know of any other place in the area, so I was grateful to get it refilled.

3.5 Stopping by the get some gas. Had a little bit of trouble with the card reader but the employee there was very kind and helpful ( rate 5) Conveniently located by the freeway too!!!!!

I stopped for a brief snack I walked away feeling I had been in Nordstrom. Their concern for customers is over the top! I'm not near often but my snacks will always be purchased here when I'm in the area!

Took money off my apple pay for 6 days . Was going to get gas for a special they had . But it was for unleaded only cheap has gar 1.00 more then anywhere

Had an incredibly rude interaction with an attendant today as I was swapping cars with a friend. Parked off to the side, not in anyone's way, and we both went inside to buy something to ensure we were respectful of borrowing their parking lot for 5 mins. Some dude was upset because he needed to clean the parking spots (all of which had cars in it) so the attendant came out to yell at all of us. Unnecessary interaction. Very rude. Disappointing to see.

I went in to prepay for my gas and it didn’t fill up to the amount I paid and I went inside to ask the cashier with long blonde hair for my change and she laughed at me, this place needs better service especially for the expensive gas prices

it would be impossible for them to hire anyone more lazy and rude. came in yesterday and the heavy set black woman was too busy on her phone to look up. told her what I needed, she put it on the counter but never took her hand away from texting. there was no thank you or anything.
