I went to pick up two 5 gallons of paint and the woman who answered (I didn't catch her name) simply refused to take them to the car with the dolly. I asked and she said she needed to help someone else who arrived before she even finished helping me. I questioned her again and she refused. I have been a Sherwin Williams customer for 8 years, I have a business account and I have never been treated like this before. From all the stores I've ever bought from, the procedure is to take the paintings to the car and leave them on the floor. And you put them inside the car yourself. They don't have to put them inside your car.
I felt so bad about having to beg the person to do the right thing. I wasn't there as a customer, I was just there to pick up the painting, so was that the problem? Is she not respecting everyone as he should and not doing the job right for everyone?
Just as I am doing my job correctly, she should do the same, after all I am an old client and even though I was there in another position, (delivery) she tried to humiliate me, because I am sure she would never do that to me if I were in the position of Client.

We didn't get what we ordered even though we recieved a 3hr old notice that our paints were ready. They weren't. Then the paint mixer system broke while they were fulfilling the order. They had issues getting through to their repair team. Eventually we left then 3 mins after they called back saying they can only fill a fraction of the order, but their internet system went down so we would have to pay cash.They got a 4 because they had customer relationship and was very apologetic. They gave us a tiny discount as well.

EXCELLENT! Victor Gomez, the store manager at the Point Loma store on Sports Arena Boulevard, is the main reason for saying this store is EXCELLENT! Victor gave us top-notch service. He was extremely professional and polite. He spent time with us, listened to us, and he was extremely knowledgeable and gave us lots of great information, great tips, great advice. I cannot remember the last time I went into a store -- any store -- and was given this kind of excellent service and attention. It was refreshing and made me smile. In addition, the store's location is very good and the store was clean, well-stocked, and organized. We will make this our go-to store for our painting needs!

Walked in spoke to Cody and Luis. Cody was very helpful took more than an hour helping me color match a paint. Super friendly they made sure I was happy with my pink color before leaving. I recommend this location
