This place and every associate who has helped me, especially Enrique and the female associate whose name unfortunately escapes me right now, have been phenomenal. Enrique is thoroughly knowledgeable about paint colors and can really help point you in the right direction. I've been in here so many times over the last couple years for different projects and every time I receive prompt pleasant extremely helpful advice. Very appreciative!

Went to this location for paint at the specific request of my landlord. Asked for the small sample pots to decide on a color & was told that they were out of stock, but they would hold 3 for me the next day when some came in from the other location. The next day when I got there the same employee told me that another customer with a “bigger project” was sold the sample size containers that were supposed to be saved for me. Ended up having to take a chance on a color from the cards which turned out to be not right after 2 coats on the wall. Dissatisfied with the color. Disappointed with the service and basically being told that my project was less important than others. A store that caters to “residential” consumers should always have sample sizes in stock or at least offer a swatch of the real paint.

SW had the paint color in their system from a sample swatch I picked up at Lowes. I was able to limit my exposure to the random public (during the Covid-19 pandemic) by arranging a phone order. Ready in less than 10 minutes, I felt completely OK with my surroundings. The paint specialist was helpful and it was the best paint-buying experience I've had in years.
