Very helpfull staff, but; The store management hired a bunch of IPhone users so they can help with any Andriod problems. Also you can't hold the new phone before you buy it. Would you buy a car with out test driving it? I'll shop elswere.

Review is for store. Worst customer service. I tried to return equipment on behalf of my wife and the rep was acting as if I am creating a scene. My wife disconnected over the phone and I was trying to find the email stating the account is disconnected or something and he was man don’t play games here.

No help at all. Clerk could care less! I felt like since she wasn't selling me anything. She could not be bothered. I must go to tech support and no one in the store could do that. I have 5 phones and 3 houses I man age....all Spectrum! Wifi, TV and phones. Zero help. Call tech support. OMG

The worst company ever! I returned a iPhone 15 pro iPhone that “wasnt working” and even paid a restocking fee of $50 to return the device and I got a pro max. I walked thru the reset and return process of the phone settings over the phone with their customer service team. Now, I get an email stating it won’t be returned and they charged me $1500! Because the rep didn’t disable the phone appropriately for return. The Ryan S, of leadership said there’s notes on my account stating the rep was walking me through closing out my phone for return. But he said he couldn’t verify if she did it correctly or not! WTH!? No accountability, they have voice recordings from the call and he didn’t want to review them for accountability purposes but he would use it for future coaching for new customer service reps! Are you kidding me? What a joke!
Ryan S, of the leadership team couldn’t give me his last name, his email, or his managers email because it’s “against corporate policy”.
The rudest customer service agents and corrupt corporate policies. Do not sign up w: these jokers… they don’t even have my phone number listed correctly on my account. CLOSING MY ACCOUNT!

I’m happy, happy, happy! Spectrum is dependable and their customer service is excellent. They aren’t perfect, but they work to make things right.
I’ll take it any day over my previous experience with Verizon’s degradation in service, price gouging, lying customer service reps. And, every time I called Verizon with a technical issue, their solution was for me to pay more. We were very hesitant to leave Verizon because they have excellent coverage. However, my interactions with their customer service made me question whether I was on the TV show “Punked” with Ashton Kutcher.
Spectrum still values people and relationships with their customers. I’ve been very happy with my wi-fi service over the past 7+ years, so I just switched over my cellular service to Spectrum since they use Verizon’s network. Spectrum’s pricing is 37% of Verizon’s with 100% better customer service. So far, I’m ecstatic about the switch (2 phone lines at an introductory rate of $50 a month. 50 gigs of 5G speeds (it will slow after reaching 50 gigs). That price also includes 10 gigs of personal hot spot @ 5G speeds as well. After a year the price goes up to $69; they promise to never raise rates (TBD). Even with the increase, it’s still 51% of my prior Verizon bill.
I’m extremely happy to have found the Spectrum solution!
