More than just a great experiance! I really can't say enough about Sarah and her team. We hired Springer Graphic Design to create a logo and brand design for the new venture. We hadn't done this in the past with the previous company and really wanted a polished and complete look; Helping us to stand out in our field. From the initial phone call/ consultation all the way to the final product... Sarah's level of communication throughout was next level. Her fees were competitive, and if im being honest, I felt likewe got the better end of the deal. Changes and input from our side were received easily and revisions turned around quickly and on time. In the end..WOW!! The final product was more than I ever imagined. Sarah really set us up to be able to launch the company with confidence. Sarah and her team were wonderful to work with from start to finish. I took over a small business with a 20 year old website and no branding or marketing. I went to Springer Graphic Design for a website update and a new logo and ended up getting so much more. Not only is Sarah a talented graphic designer (our new logo and website look awesome!), she had so many insights about how to build my brand and make it stand out to customers, I feel like I got a full service branding consultant. They took so much time getting to know my business and my goals, then used that info to deliver results that exceeded my expectations. On top of that, they were very responsive, gave clear direction when they needed information from me, and were always friendly and pleasant to work with. I own a small residential painting company in San Diego for the past 18 years that we recently sold and needed rebranding for our new, similar business we are opening in AZ. This project was a bit complicated and required someone to listen and pay attention to our exact needs.I was very concerned about the new (AZ) logo matching up to our existing (CA) logo but not so much where it was exactly the same, we love our existing (CA) logo and spent yeras branding it so that we have become a recognized brand and household name thoughout the comunities we serve in San Diego. We were very attached to our old logo and was struggling to let it go.We wanted to keep the same look and feel without the new logo being identical. The sell of our busniess was an asset sale and we are still working with the new owner on a consultant basis and we have a great relationship, however we wanted to respect our Non-Compete Agreement even though our new business is out of state.I found Sarah's company via a random Google search and I really liked the design and feel of her site plus her great reviews. I'm so glad we found her! Right off the bat she listened to my story and understood what we was looking for, she was responsive throughout the entire process while working on our project. Sarahs process is very clean and seamless, from the client questionnaire to the first rendering we received she was attentive and avaiable.When I recieved the first rendering/ proof of our new logo I was so nervous, I actually closed my eyes before looking, and when I first seen the logo I was more than pleasantly surprised! Sarah captured exactly what I wanted, our new logo is everything we could have hoped for or expected! With a couple simple rounds of edits we now have a logo that matches our company's services, personality and style!This was a complex project because we was trying to keep our previous business logo look and feel without keeping it exactly the same, it required really paying attention and a lot of creativity. Sarah managed to capture the same retro, vintage look and feel while still giving us a totally different and unique logo!We plan on working with Sarah on future projects. It's rare to find a business professional who delivers what they promise and provides quality service, when you do find that relationship you definitely want to keep it going for years to come and that’s exactly what we aim to do!My wife and I both highly recommend Springer Graphic Design for all your Brnding, Marketing and Website needs.See images below: New Logo-AZ State.
