Lazy associates in this store tmobile really needs to get it together this is the 5th time I have came into this store. The associate tells me I have to call customer service instead of helping me there's 4 associates 1 of them is just laying back on the couch I ask him for help and nothing straight laziness also they just send out a automatic response not even a sincere apology. As you can see below

Even though I was waiting for 45 minutes I asked if I could use the restroom and I was denied by the store manager Christian!!! The restroom but it’s only for employees, is what he told me!

Had so much trouble since sep 14 due to for I guess purpose of a metro PCs man to sell a phone screwed my TMobile service then TMobile blocked and lacked my service leaving me unable to use my cell, 5 hours stuck arguing at metro trying to get my TMobile service back the man told me he couldn't do it, now I been trying to remember the pin to open the cell but I totally forgot, TMobile is out of service and I never asked that idiot to do that I own new cell from metro I bought 2 weeks before get the TMobile that was my purpose to get the metro cell back in service not transfer service but TMobile lacked me out thanks

I have been a T-Mobile customer since Sprint I have always a good experience. The customer service from being friendly, patient, knowledgeable has always been outstanding. Guy in front of me says he only needs a screen protector. Takes the lady 20+ minutes for such a simple sale because she wants to blab on and on about her tattoos and how they hurt on her ribs which cause me to have to come back another day because they closed.

Came to pick up a phone that ordered and paid online and Jhon P, sales Rep was either on some sort of substances of course because seems very annoying by doing things and just basically quite and not wanting to deal with getting my line transferred even tho just went and picked up a phone.He goes and tell me that they Pay him to stay there only and that’s it, maybe don’t be under substances while at work, eyes were obviously on some sort of substances main reason why was annoying by me and at the end went and threw the SIM card to me because I told him I was going to go ahead and do it somewhere else. not profesional at all, other employee working there was helpful and respectful but this guy not,.I understand there aren’t many people apply for jobs but as a customer coming and dealing with someone without the proper customer service experience, and oversell respectful, as other employee of all the insults he said to me. Very sad experience. I tend to support business and don’t like leaving bad reviews at all unless I really feel this would help this store and owner as well.

Ricardo helped make my visit an awesome experience. Super helpful and clear, and engaged. It was clear he was knowledgeable and had the patience to deal with all my d*** tech questions. And very easy to talk to. Will definitely recommend his help if you need to visit a TMobile store.

Horrible service. Not enough employees. The way they serve people is by having customers sit down with no waitlist so people are randomly picked to be helped. I came in today and though I was second in line but turned out to be third because a customer left then returned so they were helped first.
