A big shoutout to Ana! 5 stars to Ana1 star for the current Manager no idea what’s his name let’s say is the rudest person working there ..Excellent customer service, manners and patience..In fact she should be the ManagerAs a Manager I suggest a training for manner to their current manager the guy talk to his employees without any professional manners no please no thank you .. I was speechless .. he doesn’t care how he talk to his employees in front of the customers .. that could be a reason of people rating this place with a low scoreThank you Ana you had all the answers for me and guided me patiently to resolve my concerns related to my phone service ..

My Sales & Customer Service Representative was “LEIGHTON”. She was very helpful, patient, friendly, professional, & absolutely remarkable. She addressed every concern I had. She took care of everything. She explained new plans, processes, & answered every question I had. At no time did I feel she needed to move on to the next person. She advised me that she would take care of all of my needs & in the future she is available if I have and additional concerns. Tmobile is the best & my experience is a 5 out of 5!!!

Worse experience ever. They said that wait is 20 minutes and even after 32 minutes no one came to help us while we noticed that two representatives engaged in conversation with one customers instead of helping us out. ? we were planning to move from ATT to Tmobile and add kids line as well. Now will stay with ATT.

Remarkable service from Andres! There were difficult and vocal customers but he was professional and stood his ground. And still turned around to help us with a smile!

Store was busy and wait time was long, but Andres was keeping the line moving! His words were “no manager, no problem” and no problem indeed. This should be the standard for all the stores. Worth the wait!!!

Ana is the prime example of excellent customer service! She was kind, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Ana even kept a fun conversation all while being efficient with my time. She needs a promo ASAP :)
