Printers are ancient and slow. Signs for where to go and how to print not easy to follow.
I signed in on the computer to pull up the document, charging me per minute to use the computer, then I could not print from that computer’s printer, I was supposed to go the big printers and enter the code in there, code will not work on the computer printer, but it doesn’t say that anywhere before charging. Tap to pay on big printers does not work.
Lots of parking. Large store. Avoid printing here if you are looking to be in and out.

The lady that helped me renew my TSA pre-check was nothing short of amazing. Patient, sweet and guided me through everything. She is an amazing representative of Staples and should be recognized and rewarded for exemplary customer service.

I was very disappointed that I wasn’t told that the ink cartridges I was buying were less expensive on line. Just ‘cuz I’m a senior…or maybe BECAUSE I’m a senior, I should have been told.. The ink cartridges are going back!!!

Staff greeted me upon entrance. Clean store.
Did TSA precheck appt here. Lady that was working it was very kind, and efficient. Applied online for the appt, making the appt very quick and hassle free. Just had to provide proof of documents and be finger printed

This place is the worst! Unfortunately, I have to go here a lot for work. I have never been here and NOT had to wait to be helped. Either at the print pick-up counter, needing help finding something, or waiting at the register. Nobody that works here has any sense of urgency. So frustrating!

The printing and services staff here are friendly and kind and I appreciate them giving me a call if something that i ordered to be printed is a bit blurry or when my order is ready.
I picked up some laminated print outs and one of the girls helped me out immensely with the cutouts of the white border so it’d be ready to go. It looks good posting it in our office and everyone can see our QR laminated print outs.

I like going to this location because it is close to home, and I always get 1st class service. I'm able to find what I need and if I need help, I know someone will be there to help me.

Staples had the office equipment I needed after other stores closer to me home did not. Of course they offered to order it and ship it to my home. But whose got time for that. My local staples had it in stock and other options just in case it was not. Thanks again.

Terrible customer service checking out. Spouse had just picked up his order and i noticed water on sale on the floor for $1.99. I put it on the counter and proceeded to pay $1.26 since i had a 15% coupon. Cashier 1980157 said i owed $3.74. Reason was i didnt have app on my phone. Instead of asking me if my husband did, he refunded my money. Beside that i am 82 years old and had a hard time picking it up off the floor.
Terrible customer service. At Mission Valley. He kept my 15% coupon!

I recently visited Staples to return a pre-packaged, labeled item, and the experience was terrible. The service was incredibly slow, and I had to wait 15-20 minutes just to make a simple return. They only had one person handling Amazon returns, shipping, and other services, which made the process painfully slow. It's very disappointing that this is the closest Staples to my house, as the wait times are consistently long and make it very inconvenient. The young girl who helped me
Had a huge attitude over me just using their business it seemed she was really bothered! Why don’t you hire actual professional adults without the attitude.

Went in to get a huge poster made, for a totem at a music festival. Avery was helping me out in printing. She made my experience there so so so so great. She was absolutely amazing and you can tell she went the extra mile to make sure my experience was top. I’ll only ever use this stores printing services as long as I’m in SD due to Avery! Wish her the best. Cheers.

I had a need to print some documents, but my printer failed to connect over WIFI. I decided to go and get a printer cable at Staples. In the store I told an Associate that I needed to get a printer cable due to my printer not connecting over WIFI. They took me to where the printer cables were.
