Staples is the best place for all school supplies. The store is so clean and well organized and if you need any help an associate is readily available. I was able to complete my grandkids back to school supplies in one trip. I used a coupon for 30% off my purchase and I got such a good deal off Staples already low prices. I highly recommend shopping at Staples for laptops too.

I wish UPS still had the full amazon contract. The employees at Staples let people wait up to 5 minutes while they walk around and do other things and they are not happy/friendly like the PQ UPS store emplyeees.

I like to give recognition to the current manager Young at this location. In a time moment where I needed help with a document add technology played an unexpected “twist” Young came to the rescue. I hope this company appreciates him. I certainly did and hope other customers that he is there to help if needed.

We did our first-ever back to school shopping at Staples. It was a great experience. They had so many of the items in a special aisle. The staff stopped by multiple times to see if we needed help. The prices were reasonable. They made an overwhelming task fun and productive.

The overall experience has always been good. It was my first experience in returning an Amazon item at staples. I was not aware they offered 15% coupon when you return an item at Staples. I wish the person who handled the return had mentioned it. I spent close to $100 and did not use the coupon. Partly my fault for not looking at the sheet she gave me. I thought it was a receipt for the returned item.

Clean store, great selection and it was easy to find what I needed. I did find an item that had a sale price on it, but rang up $20 higher. I retrieved the tag from the shelf and the associate looked puzzled in that it also pointed out the sale ended in April. He gave me the discounted price anyway. Extremely courteous.

This Staples store is all about great customer service, which I'm thrilled to say I got from four different employees in the past few weeks. Fabulous customer service has me coming back over and over again whenever necessary.

I wanted a 1TB external hard drive and went to 2 other stores that didn't have it. One clerk even laughed that no one used them any more. Staples not only had it but had several to choose from. I am very grateful that they are still around for much needed work-from-home office supplies that I can see/feel before I buy.
