Nowhere to sit and no restrooms.They used to have seating but they removed it, so you have to take your food or drinks to go and find someplace else to sit.Just a bunch of customers standing around waiting for their orders. Pretty weird you can't sit down.

Probably one of the worst Starbucks we've ever been to. They were out of just about everything that we wanted. The floor was dirty, the counters hadn't been wiped in probably hours. The staff were ambivalent at best.

Pay no attention to the Pictures --- which Starbucks HAS to take Down because they are Completely Misleading. Contrary to them -- there are NO TABLES or CHAIRS anywhere in this Starbucks, or out in front!! What a COP OUT Starbucks! Finally the pandemic is pretty much over -- and Now you use the Excuse of "Street People" (of which La Jolla has Very few) to literally tear down All your counters and remove all of you seats. Unbelievable! And while I am at it .....have Always wanted to warn everyone about Starbucks' Ice Tea. Unbeknownst to all its trusting customers, Starbucks makes it by putting the tea in giant PLASTIC Containers and then Pouring BOILING HOT WATER over THEM to marinate before refrigerating!!! So you get your Ice Tea Marinated in Plastics! Even better than leaving plastic water containers in the hot sun all day -- or baking in your car, ..........right? But not surprising when they Still use the chemical method for decaffeinating their coffee and, unless there has been a change, - refuse to use Organic beans - (unlike almost everyone else.)

No bathrooms even for weary travelers and customers ! No seating . Asked for water and gave me attitude and warm tepid foul tasting water. Don't stop here ! So many nicer cafes who know how to treat their customers

After visiting the La Jolla Cove area, my daughter and I were strolling back to our car. We both were quite parched from all the walking... I think we did a half marathon walk LOL. Anyway, Starbucks was right in front of us. Why not! We walked in and no customers at the time... perfect for us. Of course after a few mins, tons of people walked in... kid you not! It never fails LOL.Per the nice gentleman's recommendation, I ended up getting the Frozen Strawberry Acai Lemonade and my daughter got the Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade. I liked my daughter's drink better than mine LOL. I think the frozen version tends to mellow out the flavor of the drink due to the blended ice IMHO. I got more ice flavor than the fruit flavors. I know better to get the non-blended version next time. Of course my daughter loved her drink.Staff was friendly and courteous. Prices are comparable to other Starbucks. Ambiance is quite nice actually despite of the to-go order only at this location... no dine-in option. Good open space. Lots of merchandise for you to check out from cups to shirts to coffee. Great place to stop for some iced cold drinks on Coast Blvd in La Jolla!Wow... Starbucks been in business since 1971... that's over a half century old!

Agree with all the bad reviews about service wow they are rude here -at least at better buzz you are expecting it lol - better to try some of the new cafes where they treat customers with

Love my morning coffee, just another Thursday crazy morning thought I would stop by for a ice coffee to start my day. Look! Im for customer service but when you let someone cut in line because you know them, it is not right and makes a business look bad. Especially when your playing the race card I hate say that but that's how it made me feel. Never will come to this location again. PLEASE fix this, thank you. And the server was a male with a ponytail, just saying

Be advised: unlike every other stand alone Starbucks I've ever been to, this one will not let customers use the restroom. I was here with a 5-yo who was about to pee himself but they're a bunch of heartless jerks so we had to run over to the Hotel next door.
