Don't go here. The markup is insane, even more than any airport I've ever been to. Just spare yourself. It's 100% markup. 20 bucks will be 40 bucks here. Awful.

Tbh, I didn't really look at the prices too hard (which seems to be the main complaint others have for this spot), as I was expensing the medicine ball & pastry I got. The service was quick enough, and the staff were polite.

They should change their staff, super bad attitude, the guy who served us didn't even try to speak in Spanish, he didn't understand the word latte either, we are 20 minutes from Tijuana, do me a ridiculous favor, terrible attitude, plus the coffee is the same as his attitude and his colleagues spoke Spanish and did not approach, all with a bad attitude towards the customer

Convenient location inside the Hotel. Fast and friendly service. Prices are higher than typical Starbucks so be prepared for that. Overall, a typical Starbucks stop inside a hotel!

This location doesn't do mobile ordering and doesn't honor Starbucks birthday rewards. Go elsewhere.

Ordered simple one Chi one bread through Postmates with an arrived. My total was $22 because they gave me two of each when clearly my order showed one of each. My driver said he spoke to Starbucks and they couldn't do anything about it. I spoke to Postmates and there's no way to contact him to change it if I wanted to items and spend $20 I would have but I did not want to spend $22 and I just wanted one Chi and one bread.. to others this made the same good but to me it is not. I did not want to spend $22 and there's no way to correct it so Starbucks can't seem to look at an order and see that it's one of each and Postmates can't seem to look at the order and same as one of each, but still charge me for two so goodbye Starbucks goodbye Postmates I no longer need your services.

I did not get a coffee here, but a sandwich and a yogurt. I could not wait for that coffee. They were bombarded with about 100 plus teachers and they held it down. The ambiance was crazy. Half the teachers preordered. And half waited in line. The locals did not know what was happening. Kudos to the Starbucks staff.

Starbucks: the brand that took the soul out of coffee and modified the macchiato to suit their hyper corporate culture!Turkey, bacon, egg white sandwich: $12 . Worth every bit of $4.

The worst Starbucks ever. Prices are all inflated (one breakfast sandwich was literally listed as more than double the price of any other Starbucks stores nationwide) with the rationale being that since Marriott (hotel) owns this Starbucks and it's not an official chain - they can literally charge whatever they want. This was in the words of the cash register person I spoke with asking why my sandwich was more than double the price I paid just down the street at an actual Starbucks store the day before. Avoid unless you're absolutely dying and in need of exorbitantly priced Starbucks items. What a complete rip-off. Check your receipts and be sure to ask for the itemized receipt.

A grande hot chocolate. What a deal for 5 bucks! I'll definitely come back! When I asked if this is a normal amount, the dude had the nerve to ask if I drank any.

I was surprised at how overpriced the coffee is at this location. Shocking. I spent 7 dollars on a tall soy latte. You can go to the Starbucks across the street and get the same thing for under 5 dollars. Capitalism at its best!
