This is one of the most annoying Starbucks I have ever been to. I've been working nearby and coming in my lunch breaks out of convenience. The first two visits I took as a fluke but 3 visits in a row where something annoying happened is my limit. I'd rather grab an energy drink from a gas station than go back in there for my coffee.The line was never more than 2 people but still somehow took 5-6 mins just to get to order. Also, they don't call your name when your drink is ready so just check the counter periodically otherwise you'll be sitting there for a long time. I finally checked when I noticed I didn't hear any names being called.Today the person in front of me placed their order and the employee serving them stepped over to make their drink, another employee stepped to the register, scanned a bag of coffee beans and took them to the back without saying a word or glancing up. Eventually another customer got in line and the barista making coffees asked another employee sitting doing some kind of paperwork or homework at a table behind me to hop on register...I stood at the register for almost a full minute before even being acknowledged.

I recently moved to this Starbucks area, and my husband and I usually enjoy the convenience of using the Starbucks app to order our food and coffee for quicker pickup. However, during a recent visit, I placed an order through the app myself for the first time this area, and I encountered a significant disparity in service that left me feeling discriminated against, which was deeply disappointing.I ordered a couple of baked apple croissants through the app, with an estimated pickup time of 2:08 pm. However, when we arrived at around 2:18 pm, my croissants were not ready, and there was no greeting or assistance offered, unlike the service provided to another customer.I noticed that two staff members seemed to sneak away to handle my order without notifying me.When I asked if the croissants being heated in the oven were mine, they confirmed and mentioned that the baked apple croissants are frozen. I got surprised because even I got there a little longer than estimated time and didn’t prepare yet until I got there and saying it’s frozen. However, the croissants were burnt. I approached the stove due to the burning smell and still putting in the bags which I didn’t want to have black burnt croissants. Overheard one of the staff (who claimed to be the manager) using offensive language.I was taken aback by the staff's attitude and rude behavior. When I confronted him about his choice of words, he showed no willingness to resolve the situation. I asked to speak to the manager, to which he responded that he was the manager. I was shocked by how my order wasn't ready, the mishandling of the croissants, and the lack of professionalism inn services industry as manager.I expressed my intention to file a complaint, and the staff didn't seem to care and even provided his name from his badge rude way when I asked about staff’s name who is saying manager there.I shared this unfortunate experience with my friends and especially my husband, who had a different, better experience at the same location. I felt discriminated against because I didn't receive the same level of service.

Shoutout Lindsay or Lindsey? For helping a girl bring 14 venti iced coffees out to the car & securing them for transport. Real MVP! Thanks to the team that made them. Def my fave Starbucks. Now to drive them safely to the guys @ shop without spillage! Hahah thank you for the 5 star service!

Usually taken over by kids from nearby school, so don't expect cleanness even employees are doing their best to keep up with prepping coffee and housekeeping.

That's my Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade Refresher with added strawberry purée. First time to add purée and it was pretty good! Service was quick like usual but it should be it was at 4pm.

This Starbucks was probably one of the best ones for years! Everyone working there was energetic, fun and fast. They knew you by name, what drink you liked, your kids' and pets names etc...while they knocked out coffees at a fast pace.I went the other morning and barely got a hello from the new staff, line was long and miserable, nobody was friendly or upbeat or interested in anyone and staff moved like they were in deep water.Grateful for my Nespresso machine

I thought this location had a drive thru after passing the building a few times. It appears to but does not. With small kids I prefer a drive thru so I don't have to unpack everyone to pick up a coffee but overall the staff were nice and the coffee was good. Would be more enjoyable if you can go sit and enjoy the outdoors without kids ?Vegetarian options: Starbucks has several meat free and vegetarian options.Parking: There is a large lot with a lot of spots. Should be no problem finding parking here.
