Wow! Great service and knowledgeable staff. Alma helped me bundle my renters and car insurances so I could save. She later followed up to make sure I was satisfied. I appreciated the patience Alma had with me as well as I am hard at hearing and needed a lot of the information repeated to me. Never did she make me feel like an inconvenience though. Ill be adding a life insurance policy soon as well. Alma showed me how inexpensive it is. Anyways, they're cool.

Gina Cruz is very knowledgeable, helpful professional , she helped me with my renters insurance changes, and payments She makes you feel like the valued customer you are. i have been with State farm for years now and i am happy to say i have had great experiences with this business. the farmer's Bank loan...i was not pleased with them(direct payment)they stop withdrawing becausethe account for the loan did not match?my birthdate was wrong?from 2018 to 2022 feb my bankcalifornia coast credit unionnever denied their payment request.never insufficient funds?

After over a decade with State Farm in Nevada we were directed to this office when we moved to SD six years ago. Never liked the communication, only received calls to try to sell us life insurance, then our premiums were overcharged by more than $800 over the course of 12 months. Complaints were denied and they lied about trying to contact us. Save yourself. You deserve better.

If there was an option to give zero stars I would. This branch is incompetent. It seems like they don’t want to help their costumers. I had a charge from State Farm and called to inquire and they were not able to find the transaction and basically called me a liar. The agent Benjamin was not helpful at all. They did not have my information up to date and were very unorganized.

Jaime is friendly and helpful. So is the rest of the staff. If your interested in a State Farm policy, I'd definitely recommend this office.
