EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE FROM ROSA! She was by herself and had a little rush line but took care of all of us in minutes! It looked like she did everything with her eyes closed lol I’ve been to other subways where they have more than one staff but Rosa would outwork them! We need more people like Rosa! To whoever her manager is, she deserves a raise man!

Short dark Asian guy was rude asf kept trying to rush me i told him to relax then asked me if having kids was worth it then said I don't think so having to chase them around worth having to chase them around. Then I said I don't know u think your mom thought it was worth it I think he was tryen to get a rise out of me . But thats all I said and I left with my 3 boys now I have food Is poisoning now and my kids better not get it

The owner of that subway definitely needs to provide AC to that location ! It’s impossible to eat there it’s a heat stroke waiting to happen and makes the veggies go bad faster!

Rudest customer service I've ever experienced! The Two guys working there make the terrible sandwiches to illustrate, they put all the jalapeños in the middle of the sandwich while there none in the sides. Speaking of Commutation, They don't even care about you they try to make your sandwich as fast as possible and kick you out of the store. They behave very badly. It's close to my shop I've been here 3 times every time they behaved poorly

I walked in and there were 3 people behind the counter. One person was preparing a pick up order. I guess the two others were training. I stood there for 10 minutes and no one acknowledged me. There were no other customers. I left without ordering.

Third time I order pick-up from this specific location, third time I am disappointed. None of the ingredients tasted fresh in any of my visits. I even ended up with an upset stomach on my most recent visit. In one of my visits they even missed ingredients which I had added on the app when I made my order. Even though I always ask for extra sauce and two different kinds of sauce on my sandwich, all I get is the driest sandwich possible. I never judge a place where I have only been once. But after three visits, I feel this is what you can expect from this establishment. The only one to blame here is the owner and/or the manager.

The store was closed 30 min before closing time, I drove to this place cause they had ran out of tuna in another store. Clearly not coming back because it is not a reliable

Today I order through the subway app unfortunately there was a glitch in the app and my card got charge but the order didn't processed. I called the store and they didn't receive my order either. Unfortunately it didn't work as it was supposed to but an associate did help me out and still honor my order without an extra charge. I couldn't catch his name but he had excellent customer service and did everything he could in his power to help me out.
