Worst service of all the subways i've been to. Those young girls don't pay attention to whst you wsnt to add and they seem desperate to get you out of there. Theyll just put in whatever they want. Their attitude..the worst..its been several time.. not just once. You re better off just walking in and tell them "give me whatever you want"...time for us to eat somewhere else...

They were closing as I walked up but the young man behind the counter stopped and says yes there were close but I'll help you you took my order and made my sub the sub was amazing the customer service was right on point. This is how you should treat a customer especially when your website says you're still open.

Manager is hella rude and staff is poorly trained on speed and efficiency as well as customer service. They need to be trained better, if not on being nicer to customers, at least on efficiency because i worked in a Subway nearby about two and a half years ago and I for sure can still work in half of the time that these employees do, considering I wasn't even that good myself at the time and I would be rusty.As a customer and mall employee it is really annoying to take an entire 30 minute break waiting in line to get some food and not even have time to eat after waiting.Do better.

poor experience today!I was waiting in line because there was only one employee and he was helping a costumer and chatting with her and after 5 minutes he just turned to me and told me “oh excuse me Im going to my break right now” i understand that we all need a break from work but why he didn’t tell me before? I don’t have any issues with the ladies that work there but this guy need more communication skills and costumer service

very poor experience,not only the cashier told me to wait.as he needed to take his break and there was no one else working with him. So he left me at the counter and went on to take his break. What kind of responsibility is this? Today is Saturday, Aug 7 about 1:45pm. There’s only one person tending to the customers, I don’t want to ever go to any Subway again! It’s not the employee’s fault. It’s the manager’s fault that doesn’t pay attention to his business. POOR SERVICE. Do NOT BUY HERE!!

the manager was just a terrible person they were ignoring us as we asked for veggies or sauce would just stare at us and make us uncomfortable she would not give us her name had to ask other employees for her name which was Sandra i would not come back to this subway ever not recommend it to anyone they manager is just plain rude

No one was present waiting for customers so I waited for a while until an employee finally came out and said to give him a second. When he came back he looked mad and started yelling at me and slamming things. I felt uncomfortable the whole time he was making the sandwich. He was rushing to make me leave and this isn't the first time. I work at the mall and all of my coworkers have had the same experience. This employee has given the worst customer service we have ever seen!

The food was decent but what is causing the 1 star is the attitude the lady had ! Didnt get a name but she was a short Hispanic lady a little chubby. Not being mean just trying to describe her. Tried telling my girlfriend she couldn't edit something on the menu and then said she was going to charge me more. Then on mine after pressing it didnt ask me, before or after if I would like anything else in it. Definitely not going here again! I recomend go to the one across the street from the mall next to tmobile

Worst subway i ever ate. Got six inches veggie delight for my little one and its hard like rock and then i took it back and ask them to make it another one and then the guy gave me strange look.now i choose white bread because i thought this is the most selling bread so this one should be fresh but this one even worst than other one. subway need to check on this location.
