The ingredients aren't always the freshest here and their often out of certain things. The service has decreased dramatically since I first started coming and now, the ladies that work there currently are terrible plain and simple. I notice they also take EBT but their machine has been down for a couple months now, (that's really not acceptable for the people who rely on them accepting EBT!) if you try to call this location to ask about anything you get line busy, certain workers just unplug it on their shift. Only good thing about this subway is that it's relatively clean and there's good parking.

I had ordered a sandwich via curbside. The woman who brought my food didn’t say anything to me, she was FaceTiming on her phone, walked up to my card window and threw my food at me while she looked away and continued talking on her phone.

Closing Time needs to be updated it says they close at 9 and I was there at 8:45 was already closed ?♂️

The staff is really rudeI have experienced many time that store will have an open sign but door will be locked.It seems they don’t care about customer’s inconvenience at all.

I have ordered many times from this store and normally haven't had an issue. The last couple months it has gone down hill. My orders online have not been completed within the said time frame, last week they didn't have any bread ready and today nobody was even in the store to provide me with my online order ! Now I have to deal with trying to get a refund ! Not happy at all

Avoid this location. Service is friendly however they are consistently understaffed and out of product. Disappointing, even for Subway.

I placed an online order only to find the we're behind due to a large in person order. No issue there however after waiting over 20 minutes I notice only people I line we're getting their food and no online orders were being worked on. I asked the girl at register if they could start in online ores as we had been waiting. The manger proceeds to yell at me for asking to have my order made. It is not out of the ordinary for one employee to help customers and the other to work on online orders. I used to do it that way when I worked there. They obviously can't chew bubblegum and walk at the same time. After all was said and done I go my food a full 40 min after the time my confirmation stated it would be.

The store was clean & the 2 girls behind the counter where very sweet. It's been awhile since we've visited this store because of bad service & I'm happy to say my kiddos & I will be making this our weekly dinner spot after football!Kid-friendliness: The blond girl (maybe the manager)who helped my son was so sweet and attentive.

i come here often for lunch and they girls here are always so sweet, today a new girl helped me. i often notice there's only one person in the front dealing with the line inside and mobile orders. the girls work really really fast but maybe too fast for what they're paid haha. over all i always get fresh food and good energy. would recommend 1. hiring more people 2. remove the mobile order feature entirely. that way the wait time won't be 20+ minutes. good luck workers!!

my sandwich was made by a girl in training the store was busy & there was lots of online orders. The manager was good with training & customer service. Thanks ladies my veggie Delight was perfect!

There were two employees who were calling each other names and fighting. It took me more than 20 minutes to get my order, and this is not the first time I had this experience at this subway. The employee handling my order was distracted, and I had to tell him my order multiple times. I won't be visiting any time soon again.

This location has always been below par. But today has been the worst. I placed an order through the app and my sandwich was missing half the ingredients and the bread was hard as a rock. When I went in to pick up the sandwich, no one was in the store. Note to the franchise owner: Might as well set up a vending machine, might be more profitable and have better tasting sandwiches .

I ordered online to the this store. I didn’t see my order and I asked for it. There was a white lady who told me she is the manager told me there is no order. I showed my online receipt, but she said there is no order on my name so she can’t do nothing. I showed her the order number and my receipt, but she screamed to me again and she said I didn’t submit the order, but she didn’t even know what is online order and what is online receipt. I showed her the receipt again which was showing I have paid for the order. Then she found the order receipt, the other employee took the receipt and didn’t make my order. She was so upset to the other employee and to me. She told me that she is not gonna make my order next time if she sees my name on it. She is gonna talk to boss and she is not gonna serve me next time. She doesn’t has right to act like that.

Multiple orders cancelled in recent months and notification is by email - if I happen to check it in time? They're frequently out of items (certain types of bread). So then fill the rest of the order and we'll pick a substitute bread upon arrival instead of nothing being done and then we have to wait 30-45 minutes for the order to be filled while the one lone employee finishes up the orders of other customers ahead of us (despite ordering on the app)? I can't even remember the last time we stopped by for a dinner time meal and there was more than one employee working. At least Chipotle in 4S is dependable and quick, which is where we wind up when our orders are cancelled.
