Waited for 10 minutes just for someone to show up, never did. Maybe they were in the restroom but I definitely am not willing to wait with the food for someone to take my order.

Last night on 04/07, I had the absolute worst experience at a Subway restaurant. I placed an online order for dine in with the intention to sit with my two small children and husband for a moment. We had just driven 6 hours in the car and were looking forward to a quick break. When we entered the restaurant it was approximately 7:00pm. The restaurant was listed as closing at 8:00pm. The only employee was a young woman whose name I’m not she of because she wouldn’t tell me. She informed me that they were out of tuna and asked if I wanted to cancel the order. I said no, that we could choose a different sandwich. While making our sandwiches, she informed me that she needed to clean the restaurant and we couldn’t stay long to eat. I said that we needed a short break and wanted to eat quickly in the restaurant. I said she could pack our food to go and we’d try to be quick. After making our sandwiches and packing them, she told me that actually we couldn’t stay because I had small children and it was a hazard and we had to leave the restaurant. I was really shocked since I had never experienced being kicked out of any establishment an hour prior to closing. I told the employee I didn’t think she could just kick us out and I was very calm and respectful in my tone. Her reaction was quite aggressive and she elevated her tone and made facial expressions indicating she was very agitated. She informed me she was the manager and she could kick whoever out if she wanted to. I asked her for her name and she didn’t tell me, she told me to look at her name badge on her hat, wow. Another customer walked in and she proceeded to talk about me to this customer and they shared some laughs. I was so bothered by her behavior that I had to stay to let her know she was incredibly rude. I let her know I’ve worked in the food industry and I understand that she wants to leave on time. I explained we could’ve had a simple conversation in which we both could’ve respected each other’s time, but she wasn’t interested in hearing me. At this point she threatened to call the police on me. I left very calmly at which point she locked the door. We ended up eating in our car outside of the restaurant. I just couldn’t believe all of that had happened because we wanted to sit to eat with our two small children. I feel that the human connection was lacking in this employee and that her sense of judgment was completely off. I respect all workers but I felt completely disrespected and threatened by her aggressive demeanor. It was a terrible experience and really left me wondering how this even happened. I’m hoping Subway filmed this interaction so they can train employees on how not to behave with their valued customers.Kid-friendliness: Absolutely not kid friendly. The employee working had no compassion or understanding for children.

I don't even want to give a star. I placed my order via App at 6:15pm today. I arrived at this restaurant around 6:35pm. Saw "Ready" on App but the food was not ready. NOT even a single footlong. I don't see why Subway runs the App if the restaurant is doing like this. Absolutely NOT recommend this restaurant. I requested the refund and left at 7:10pm with hunger and no food for my dinner, and I spent almost an hour for nothing and I was late for my next plan. This restaurant even took a long time for the refund process. The dining area in the restaurant was clean though. I don't know if it is because no one is visiting the restaurant or they really keep cleaning.

Employee very slow we had to wait for 1 hour to get a sandwich that's ridiculous and the other guy was on the computer printing receipts the whole hour

My girlfriend and I don't eat fast food too much but when we do we love going to Subway. I know they're not the best sandwiches around but they always have a soft spot in my heart. I remember as a kid my dad would always take me to Subway to get sandwiches. He loved the sandwiches here more than I did but I would tell him that I loved it just as much as him also. Growing up I find Subway less appealing but I just love that it reminds me of my dad every time I eat it. Being in the neighborhood and hungry I decided to stop by and get myself a sandwich. I got myself the regular coat cut trio which is my favorite. The staff here was very nice and they really loaded up my sandwich today more than usual. It's sometimes a hit and miss with the person making the sandwiches but today it was good. Service was quick and I was in and out here within 25 minutes. I always like this location because they make their food fast and it's fresh. It's not like that at all the locations. This location is very clean so I come here pretty often whatever I'm in the neighborhood.

Waited 30mins for one sandwich one lady working barley spoke English. Worked slower than my 80yr old grandmother. We ordered 2 sandwhiches and after the first one she prioritized to go orders so we grabbed our one sandwhich and left. WILL NEVER COME BACK. Rather throw my money out the window or cut it up in to a million pieces. Than come back here.

Employees seem like they didn't want to be there, slow was absolute hell. Came in at 1:20 for a sandwich, didn't leave until 1:50. There was only 4 people in line. This place needs new management, there was only 3 topping available as they had ran out of everything else. The guy working seemed to be the only one who wanted to be there. I would recommend not coming here save your time and money

I went in today to pick up an order I placed online. It was already a 20 minute estimate to make a sandwich. I show up and it's not ready. I watch people come and go, and only one guy working up front. Two females emerge from the back, but do not help at all. They eventually came back out and helped, but in total it took 35 minutes to make one sandwich. Then they were out of mustard, but I told them I just wanted to take the sandwich. It was baked when I didn't request it to be, obviously no mustard, had ham on a spicy italian, just not the sandwich I ordered. While there, another customer was complaining that him and his daughter had stale bread, and there was another online order standing there that had been waiting over a half hour. So I didn't get the sandwich I wanted, and everyone else in the restaurant at that time was also dissatisfied. Staff seemed aloof or apathetic at best... I used to frequent this place as it is close to my work, but I will be avoiding this place moving forward. Very unhappy with the service levels and the food I received...

I ordered through the app for this location at 705pm. 20 minutes later the app told me my order was ready so I went to pick it up. I went inside and Betty or Betsy did not even acknowledge my presence. She stood there rearranging the bread in the oven and I timed it: it was 7 minutes before she spoke to me... I spoke first and said hello when she finally looked at me. She asked if I ordered online and I said yes. I gave her my name and she showed me my receipt, put it behind another receipt, then told me my food was not ready. I told her the app said my order is ready and she mumbled something I could not understand. I asked her why she marked my order as ready if it isn't. She said she was sorry that she was busy. Then I asked her why I have to wait longer, plus she put my order behind someone else's. She mumbled and said "sorry I'm by myself". I asked her again why my order says it's ready but its not and why i have to wait longer when it was already a 20 minute wait. She told me it would be 5 minutes. Mind you, there was ONE person in the restaurant. That person ordered AFTER me. That person just walked out with their order and I am STILL waiting on mine. It has now been 40 minutes since i ordered. I have gone inside 10 minutes after she told me "5minutes" and and the lady just barely had my bread cut. I noticed it was the wrong bread. I told her and she said she didn't have what I wanted. I told her that I saw the bread she used for the person before and if she would have served us in the right order, I would have had my bread. She then showed me the person's receipt that showed she ordered at 720pm and she was trying to tell me that i ordered after her so i showed her my app where it shows i ordered at 705pm and the order was marked ready at 725pm. So I told her if she ordered at 720pm, then she ordered after me. So her response at that point was "it's not my problem". I told her it is her problem because she didn't do my order when it came in and she marked it ready when it wasn't. She then asked me if I wanted to cancel. I said no I want my food. She then tried to show me the other lady's receipt again and I asked her to please just make my sandwiches. She finally started making them. It is now 751 and I am STILL waiting for my sandwiches. Now the manager called me up and gives me my sandwiches and all she said was "I see your sandwiches were supposed to be done at 724pm, I'm so sorry about that". It was 755 when i finally got my order and nothing was done about it. When i told her about her employee, she just said "i see your order was made last, I'm sorry". It didn't feel sincere, it felt like she was trying to get rid of me. I have never experienced such terrible food service. Subway is usually pretty awesome.

I place an order online at 5:26 pm for a 6 inch cold cut combo. I get a 5:45 quote. I get there about 5:35. It's just me and another guy getting 2 subs. He finally walks out with 2 subs at about 5:43. 8 minutes to make 2 subs!! She says she's going to make my sub next. She putters around and finally puts my 1 6 inch sandwich in my hands at 5:56.My sandwich is terribly built and she had to go into the walk in multiple times and said she was out of same of topping items.She clearly hasn't stayed up on prep, stock and sandwich building. Who the heck put her on a fast food line?The bread was also not fully proofed/baked. Really poor experience.

The guy didn't know how to make a steak egg and cheese sub. Then kept trying to charge me extra. Please train your workers and if I could get a refund for the extra money spent that would be nice. Date 06/20 5:27
