Horrible customer service. Absolutely disgusting behavior. Thats for who ever was working at 6pm on April 11. Please fire her, i work in the plaza and we get multiple people complaining from that subway. Definitely not taking my family there .

honestly i really love coming here and i think its about time i review it, everytime i go to this shopping center i allways hit up subway and it always leaves the best impression. the food and the service more recently have gotten better i have been lucky to have a great server who recomended new foods to get me out of my comfort zone. besides the food the staff is what i come to resturants for

What’s the point of having hours of operation if your employees are going to be rude and turn away customers 2 hours before closing, saying they are only doing online orders.

Worst place customer service 0% me and my daughter came in around 1:30 PM. We were the only ones in the store. When we come in the lady behind the register was on the phone talking to somebody on the other line concerning that nobody was going to be able to cover her for tonight that she had to stay all night and that went on for like about 5 to 6 minutes for us, it seemed longer we were waiting and waiting and waiting and all she did was chitchat. Talk about the same thing while we were waiting for her to ask for our order. She did greet us when we came in and she said I'll be right with you, but she never got to us like I said we were there waiting for a long time eventually me and my daughter left very disappointed. Very disappointed in that person that is working there has no customer service at all, and should be fired.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe that subways whole thing is about creating your own sub and being able to modify your sandwich. I am well aware of the new "simpler" menu but it is still stated that you can customize your sandwich if the customer prefers. I went in today and ordered a sandwich and asked if I can add olives to my sandwich. The lady behind the counter said that their menu has changed and it's not something on that sandwich. "It's like a taco shop, you order and you get what you order" is what she said. I have explained to her that I have been coming to this subway for years and never had a problem with modifying my sandwich. She agreed to do it this one time. She asked if I would like oil and vinegar and I said yes, I asked her to add a little more vinegar and she squeezed the bottle aggressively and had so much vinegar on my sandwich. It's a shame, I live 4 mins away and I've been a loyal customer and sad to say I won't be returning. The customer service here is now horrible and she did say that she had let go a lot of employees because they were modifying sandwiches. Her name tag was on her hat, but not visible for me to read it.

Short Hispanic lady was extremely rude with no customer skill and the bread was over toasted and burn. Avoid this place at all cost!!

Store is consistently understaffed plus poor training conditions cause extremely long waiting conditions. One person preparing the sandwiches, taking care of online orders and also tending the cash register is not adequate.

Constructive Feedback:Monday December 19th 11:04am2 employees working at College location.The women of Hispanic descent was very short and tempered, she clearly needs a course or 2 on proper behavior when dealing with customers.As a former Manger of a subway I can say without a doubt this store is struggling.And most of the people to blame are the DM and RM for their negligence on paying their employees proper wages and working them into the ground for almost minimum wage to impress the higher ups with keeping costs low.If I was the manager at this location I would work else where, for people who value you and your time .
