I came in for a trim, layered haircut and flat ironed service , and the works and Bella is pretty accommodating to my hair needs. She is a good men and women stylist , friendly and knowledgeable on her craft .
She recommended the right shampoo and conditioner, serum and oil spray so I’m gonna give it a try and hope to do some hair maintenance with her help.

The super cut was wonderful. My stylist was wonderful. She listened to what I needed and followed exactly what I wanted. However, it is really too bad that this salon does not let me log is as a member. For the second time they have told me that my sign in would not work to access my account. I sign in through my account but don't get points at this salon. I do at other salons.

I followed Nicole from the Hillcrest location which closed to the Point Loma location because she ALWAYS does an excellent job and quite quickly as well. She is also very nice!

Bella sharing her political views and stance on political matters while she’s at work representing a company is extremely unprofessional. Keep your views to yourself. Not everyone in the room agrees with your stance and it was hostile and made me uncomfortable. Hopefully the manager gives her some training regarding not speaking on political matters while on the clock.
