I ran I to some problems with my equipment and there aren't many businesses that sell or service these types of machines. Anyways I took in my pressure wash trailer because I couldn't get my heater working properly. Usually, when service dept diagnoses a problem, they will try to sell some parts or components or a whole new system. NowI never said these guys were cheap but honest and trustworthy. They didn't tell me any lies, and a day and a half later, my heater was working, and I was back to work. They never tried to sell me any products and other service centers most definitely would have. Whenever I do end end up buying new equipment, it will definitely be from them because they have the most premium cleaning systems money can buy. I recommend Superior Cleaning equipment and their team of technicians to anyone in this business

After being disappointed by the lack of communication from other cleaning equipment companies in San Diego, I stumbled across Superior Cleaning Equipment. I gave them a call and an extremely helpful man named Charles answered the phone. I am new to the whole pressure washing things but he answered every single one of my questions, no matter how pointless they might have seemed. I was in a huge rush to replace my pressure washer as it had broken the day before and I needed it for the following day for work. Charles recommended the best option for me and I couldn’t be happier with the results that I have seen with my new pressure washer. After telling him I would be in around 3pm, I didn’t show up until 4:30pm because my job had ran over time, but Charles patiently waited for me and didn’t complain one time. After being an hour and a half late, he still made time to stay after the closing time and inform me further on tons of other questions I had. Superior Cleaning Equipment has my business for life, and I truly recommend whoever is reading this right now to not go to anyone else besides Charles at Superior Cleaning Equipment.

Charlie and Scott have been there since day one supporting my pressure washing business endeavor. They have always taken the time to educate me on pressure washers, chemicals, maintenance, repairs, etc... we are now an established business and extremely thankful to have always had the Superior Cleaning Equipment in my corner!

Ordered an expensive pressure washer that cost nearly $2400. Six months later and still haven't received it. Called them almost every week to find out what was going on and they were completely clueless. When I called to cancel the order for a refund, they refused saying it was against their policy since all items are "drop-shipped." Be careful, they will take your money and act "***** when you try to track down the order and your money.

My experience with superior was great. I was in dire need of a pump for my carpet cleaning machine and contacted Charles for help. He didn't have the pump I needed but gave me the name of someone that might knowing I had to have it right then and he couldn't provide it. Also gave me some tips to keep mine running a little longer. If it wasn't an emergency I definitely would've purchased my pump from them and definitely will in the future along with pump rebuilds!!! Honesty and customer service go along way. They also have the best pressure washers in the industry so if you're in need check them out.
