Very busy, but that did not cause any delay. Dog groomed well. Many other customers suggests a good reputation. I saw 5 or 6 dogs come out of there looking very nice.

We have taken our senior dog to this location for a few years now and they always do a wonderful job whether he’s getting a bath or a full groom. They are very caring to our dog, and he always comes out looking super cute. Highly recommend to Dog owners who want to know their dog is in good hands!

I love Turquoise Tails! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my pups. Not only do they do an exquisite job at grooming, but they truly care for our dogs and that’s something that I feel is so important when leaving your dog with anyone!

Our Brittany doodle has had two ‘puppy cuts’ here and we have been so pleased. She has come out looking chic, feeling soft, and with cute bows in her fur. They are on time, honest, and kind. Highly recommend!

Brought Sammy here a few months ago.While making a phone reservation, they asked me to come prepared with his birthdate + rabies vaccination date. Got a text confirmation.Upon arriving at the appointment, there was No friendly greeting or introduction with Sammy- I immediately began answering a customer questionnaire that included his age + rabies vaccination (although I did have the vet’s certificate, a verbal “yes” sufficed for them; they didn’t check, which makes me wonder about other dogs they take in). They started to bring him to the back where there were dogs barking in crates, and he was clearly nervous. If Sammy wasn’t going to be seen right away, then what was the timed appointment for? I would have much rather waited with him in the lobby until they were ready, but I could only hope he wouldn’t have to wait back there for long.I asked about the cost, which they said would be determined after the service. I understand it varies per dog, but there should be a standard price for a medium size dog. Only after I insisted on a rough estimate, the groomer took a quick look at Sammy and gave me an amount that aligned with what I got during my phone call- good. They estimated 2 hours until pick up.After waiting 2 hours, I followed up with a phone call myself and they said he was ready (not sure how long before I called). I had to pay at the counter before they even brought him out, so although I left a good tip, I felt it was a shot in the dark because I didn’t even know if they did a good job yet or not. That was very strange. Thankfully everything seemed okay. Sammy was clean and just happy to go home.Overall, a mediocre experience from rushed impersonal service, but decent care for the price.

10/10 experience every time my dog has been groomed at Turquoise Tails! The staff is so friendly and patient with all their customers (2 and 4 legged)! I can’t thank them enough for making my dog feel comfortable and loved during his appointment!

I would HIGHLY recommend Turquoise Tails for all your grooming needs! I have been taking my Golden Retriever Leo here for 4 years and can’t say enough about CC and her staff. I look forward to their professionalism, friendliness and execution when it comes to tending to Leo. He always comes home looking dapper, so fresh & so clean and with the most handsome bandanas. He always gets so many compliments when we are out on walks and I couldn’t be more proud! Thank you Turquoise Tails!!!!

I LOVE this place. Seriously, I have taken my dogs to everything from boutique grooming shops, to Petco and Petsmart and this by far has been the best experience for them and me! They are always busy for a reason and you should definitely book in advance. But they truly love the dogs and love what they do. The shop is super cute and always smells nice. My dog comes out smelling amazing, looking great and with the cutest little bandanas or bows. I highly recommend Turquoise Tails.

I have came here 4 times now. I recently called and scheduled my dog for a full grooming service. I was scheduled for 12 today and when i called at 11 to see if I could bring her in little early due to work they told me they actually forgot to book her and now they are short staff and cant take her. I mentioned I took my morning meetings from home in order to make this appt and am upset they didnt call me in the morning to inform me. I did not receive an apology or anything regarding help to make up for their mistake. I asked "you didn't want to call me earlier and inform me?" and the lady responded, "no."I am very disappointed by the tone and attitude I received due to THEIR mistake. I now have to find a new groomer who I know is not rude. If someone is rude at the front desk and gives you an off feeling, I guess I never should have rusted that person with my dog either. My dog typically loves the groomer we went to back home, and i thought maybe she was just nervous coming here to a new one but I am connecting the dots. (there is 2 other ladies who are splendid to be greeted by, but the other is not friendly and barely says two words when you come in to the business. Oh well.

Maxibillion has memorial to attend for his late owner. I explained to CeCe the importance that he look sharp. I freely gave $100 cash for services. Max has in the past has looked sharp. Where can I post the difference between previous cuts and the one I ended up with 9/29/23???I won’t go back. Are you training amateurs?

It was the first time I had been there a few weeks ago. It was easy to make an appointment. The staff was nice and did a good job with my dog. Prices are variable depending on what you want done. I loved the holiday scarf they put on my dog for Easter!

Where do I even start! Damaris did (and consistently does) such an amazing job with our little one!! I am absolutely in love with the cuts she gives our little bear! Turquoise Tails 10/10 recommend!
