Worst T-Mob experience ever! Total misrepresentation and fraud by the manager Crystal and her girl Sevenna?? or something like that. Sold me a phone and the told me she was giving me 3 free trackers without telling me she was charging me 12 dollar ea down payment and 3.75 a month for 2 years. Complete fraud!!!! DON'T TRUST THESE THIEVES!!!! They have no morals and dont care about you. Then they wanted to charge me $60 more restock fee to take them back. Salt in the wound. They dont deserve 1 star. I was forced to resolve their attempted theft and fraud via T-Mob customer service. It was not easy but they finally agreed to credit my account for everything. Who needs this kind of aggravation???? What should have been a fun and exciting experience turned in to the fires of hell. I urge you to never walk in to this nasy store full of nasty people. And to add insult to injury, the data transfer could have been done better by my 6 year old in the dark. I lost everything. They are idiots and thieves. Never again. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!

I'm from out town and my phone stopped working. I stopped In to buy one. The service was horrible girl didn't even stand up from her chair.. hope they get retrained in customer service.

This store will steal your identity, open unauthorized tmobile accounts in your name, and refuse to provide support for their fraudJennifer, the store manager, specifically will say she's unwilling, unable, and uninterested I providing support.Ive had to report them to the FCC, BBB, and Secretary of State.

Today I encountered rude service from this employee. Very unqualified. TerribleHe simply, when he was serving us, moved on to other people, he would not explain the reason, he would not end the unresolved issue with us.I have never seen such rudeness

I called and asked for the availability to buy a specific phone. The guy from the store said yes we have it and just come around. So I did and then he said that they are just selling it with some phone plans and I need to upgrade my plan, otherwise they will not sell it to me. Thanks for the wasted time and gas!

I bought three phones and the manager heard me saying that I was going to order screen protectors for the phones before we used them. He told me he could give a screen protector dollars each and that I could replace it at any time. I did it and a month later I needed replacement and they said I needed to buy a protection plan which is 18 dollars a month for each phone and then they can do it. Im that's is just awful. Nobody told me that when I bought the screen protector. It's not ok when they sell you stuff without telling you everything you need to buy so it can work. I would not recommend this store since they are not trustworthy .

I may update this, but after about 7 years as a TM client with multiple phones, this particular store issued insurance on the wrong device, provided a cell phone screen cover that cracked in less than 30 days, did not provide the $50 credit the manager promised; and then my billing was changed without notice (3 lines) to not receive suddenly a $25 and change credit each month for the new Samsung just purchased on 12/24/22. Very disapppointed. The 611 reps make promises that the store seems to override (although updated in your client profile) The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. I do NOT recommend TM any longer.

This place is a scam. They won't let you buy the phone outright. They force you onto a payment plan. My Google phone was $150 cheaper at Best Buy but the jackass employee opened the box prior to telling me the total price.

I came to this store on Sunday Oct 30, 2022 at about 12 noon to buy a USB to C charging cord for my Android phone. I forgot mine in Arizona. There were two employees. They were both helping someone when I walked in but they finished soon after I got there. One employee went to the back to get what I wanted cos it was not hanging on the wall. Belkin brand, cost $24,96. I never bought one before but said to the employee if I found it cheaper at Best Buy, I was gonna come back and return this one. He said it would be about the same price at Best Buy.When I got to Best Buy (at the next corner), their BB brand was only $6.95. So at 1:30 I was back at T-Mobile to get my money back for the outrageious price I paid for it. Both salesmen were helping two couples buy a phone. There were two ladies standing in line in front of me. Long story short, after 30 minutes,, nothing changed, the same people were all in the same places. The first lady in line, went and told something to the saleman and left, probably didn't wanna wait anymore. I woulda waited even LONGER THAN 30 MIN JUST TO RETURN SOMETHING, but the employee who just sold it to me, knew why I was there, and broke off from the couple he had been with for longer than 30 min, to attend to my return. Of course the lady in front of me, protested that I was behind her. He replied, "I am helping you RIGHT NOW!", so she said nothing. And he did help her, while processing my credit card. He muttered that several people were sick. I had already said out loud that I was giving this store a 1 star review, due to having to wait 30 min just to process a return, and I was already writing the review while standing in line.The one star is not about the employees, but I feel the district manager should be standing there helping if people were sick. I don't know where he was that Sunday. Also the employees get sales commissions and they make more money spending all that time with the two couples, to secure their commission, cos they were buying phones and subscription service, than making -0- commission to process my return., Hope management sees this review.

I am dedicating this review to Alexandra. I came to T-mobile hoping to resolve an issue with the iPhone 12 that I received about a month ago. The phone would present an error connecting to cellular data to which it could not read the SIM card nor update itself, deeming it useless. Alexandra spent about 2 hours on the phone with technical support to troubleshoot the phone. However, regardless of the countless holds that she was put through, she maintained her patience with us and the extended faculty to resolve this matter. Although they weren’t able to fix the problem with the phone, Alexandra was able to do a warranty exchange to which required an additional hour on the phone with Apple. She served as a great example as one who masters in the qualities of patience and kindness through complicated matters. Overall, Alexandra is the best T-mobile employee I’ve ever encountered to provide such considerate service. Thank you so much Alexandra, your efforts do not go unrecognized.

The service a t-mobile located at 8001 Villa La Jolla Dr. STE 8879 La Jolla, CA 92037 is my worst experience of my life! Both my wife and I switched our service over from Verizon 10 monthe ago and are just now getting our billing straightened out. The promotion that was given to us at the time of the purchase of our new I-phone 13 was a third phone for free and just taken away from us and canced with the store telling us that they made a mistake. That is the total issue that I have with this store, everything about it is a mistake! It isn't a corperate store and I only found that our by going to another store in Clailremont and getting much better service. Can't wait for my contract to expire.Michael Stafford
