I came to this store with no hope that I could get my problem solved with T-Mobile. But Alessandra made the impossible possible, and everything went smoothly, and in less than 10 minutes, I was back on the road again.

I needed to do an upgrade for my phone urgently because I need it for work and stuff I have to do for church and vacation. These guys went right to it and helped it so much that made me feel like family! Ally and Eric were beyond helpful, very knowledgeable of everything concerning the phone, what's best how to make the most of your money. Just incredible service. Thank you Ally and Eric for your help. The Store manager was outstanding, always checking to see if I need anything. Even the Regional Manager came out and ask if I was okay and had everything I need it. The staff here is unbeatable. Thank you all for everything!!! This will always be the T-Mobile Store I will go to. I live all the way south San Diego close to San Ysidro but I will drive here because of the customer service, the staff and the management. INCREDIBLE!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I went in today to drop off a router for someone who died tragically. I told them I was there to drop off a router for somebody who died, so they knew I didn’t have any account details. They made me wait for 40 minutes. When I was finally seen, they took the router from me. That’s it. It took them 5 seconds. Glad I waited 40 minutes. No good deed goes unpunished! Thanks T- Mobile!

Went into the store with a problem in my prepaid plan. After waiting 15 min the employee and then manager informed me the issue was "above their pay grade" and I would have to call in. T-Mobile: stop wasting our time, train your employees.

I stopped in to the Balboa location because I wanted to unlock a phone. It was not an easy task because while the phone was T-mobile I don't have a T-mobile account. I definitely need to thank Alessandra for all her hard work getting this done for me. She is great and she never gave up trying until she was successful. Other employees were friendly and helpful as well. I would highly recommend this store!!

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with lightning-fast service. The moment I opened the door, a friendly team member was ready to assist me.The saleswoman who helped me was fantastic. She took the time to introduce herself, understand my needs, and offered valuable recommendations. Her knowledge about the current phone promotions was impressive, and she guided me towards the perfect plan that matched my requirements.What truly set this store apart was their professionalism and unwavering focus on customer satisfaction. They don't know what are they doing, shady, crooks, if you're not buying, they'll tell you the system down for three or four hours, they scan my license without my permission,don't go there.

Before exchanging phones in store within the 14 day grace period, I was assured by the person helping me that I would get refunded for the down payment, deposits, etc. that I paid for during my original order. That ended up being untrue and now my account is a mess. My first mistake was switching to T-Mobile. Second mistake was visiting this store.
