After being a T-Mobile customer for 10 years, I cancelled my account three months ago. I was surprised to get a bill much later for a router and a cell spot repeater--equipment that I do not have. I contacted the service department, and they assured me they would take care of it--but I was even more surprised when T-Mobile just deducted the amount from my checking account. To all T Mobile customers--cancel autopay. Even when your account is closed, T Mobile can use that to get whatever money they think they are owed. Now I am in an endless loop with T Mobile as to this equipment that they show was sent to me 10 years ago.

Never going back with t-mobile a employee mislead me and made me pay off my iPhone and then do a jump program and re enter a two year contract this company is a scam. Their employees will say anything you want to hear to be tied to a contract. He is now fired I payed off my first phone AND GAVE IT TO THEM and I am stuck in a two year contract for a new phone.

I spent $200 to repair my glass screen, as it was separating from the body of the iphone. I thought it was a little expensive, but the service rep said it came with a 1 year warranty, so if I had any issues with the repair they would either refund my money or fix the problem again. Due to this, I went ahead and had them replace the screen. Initially, it seemed to work fine, but eventually the touchscreen was not always responding to my touch. Two months later, the screen separated in the exact same way, so I brought it back. They said they would not honor the warranty, claiming I must have dropped it (It was in a case and I am very careful with it)! I was so angry that I was suckered by their warranty pitch, which obviously they know they won't honor. He said I could get a discount for them to do the repair again. No thanks! I never write these reviews, but thought if I could spare someone else going through the same aggravation and expense, that it would be worth it. What comes around goes around. This was the business on Midway Drive. Do not believe their warranty pitch, they will not honor it.

Worst Customer Service. Tmobile double charged my credit card. The customer service agent has so many limitations and they cannot fix simple things like a double charge on my credit card.

T-mobile doesn't honor their quotes!! Managers verified the quote and was told their is nothing they can do to honor a quote that was given!!

I have been coming to this t mobile location for 2 years ... and it has been great the customer service is usually really good... but today I met Rolo... I was doing a Sim card switch and needed to charge the new phone to make sure the Sim would take. He immediately said no they don't do that. I than asked how will I know if Mt new phone took the Sim card and that I come here all the time and he said he has never seen me before. Long story short we were able to get the phone charged but his attitude and unconscious bias was clear as day. He was very unprofessional and doesn't reflect the great service I get here on the regular. Everyone has bad days but he just sucked. Hopefully he isn't like this consistently.
