Zero stars if I could, the employees at this store only want one thing, there commission. If you need help with your device or line they litterly treat you like crap. They don't care about helping you unless you are there to buy a device or accessories. Stay reminded that our monthly phone bill makes there checks possible, but they are so greedy at this location that they could care less about costumer care/service. Id rather drive to a farther location than step foot in this store and give them any business at all. It's employees like the ones at this store that make the brand T-mobile look so bad. They will go to the extent of returning your device if you request to get it shipped to a store near you just because it will mess up there inventory. Corporate wouldn't make it an option to be shipped there if it wasn't part of there job to do. Goes to show how little they like to do even for the company that pays them.

Worst T-Mobile store in San Diego! Sales associates lie about promotions just to get you to buy stuff! Management is a joke! Save yourself the time and the hassle! Shop at another location or better yet don't use T-Mobile all together!

Came to this location 3 time this month & their priority is sell not help. When I bought 3 devices they where instantly on their feet but when I required assistance on a different occasion Noone wanted to help. I had to call customer service myself while inside the store who where of better help than the 5 staff members on the floor. They lied about giving me an extra Sim card the third time I went to try and transfer a phone line from Verizon to them. They did minimal to help and comes out they never actually transferred my line they kept telling me it's all set so I would leave. The staff at this location needs proper training on sales and customer service. 12 years as a client & definitely considering moving companies as of my last visit. And the female that works there & wich Noone wanted to give me her name when I called or was there, Very Bad service. $$ signs all on the ?

The guys and the assistant manager are very rude and unprofessional. Very poor service. They do not seem to know their job. They lack professional etiquette. They need proper training on the service and product they are selling. The girls are more helpful and professional. This is my worst experience at any Tmobile outlet. Those guys are awful including the so called assistant manager. They deserve less than one star.

The customer service here is really horrible, especially from the assistant manager! I'm not sure what services they offer aside from getting new service, anything else they would like you to use the internet and "google" to find the information, instead of helping you out. I guess since it is a "franchise" t-mobile's policies and good customer service aren't required.Find another store, this store will make you want to switch to another carrier altogether. =(

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!! All the people who work here are crooks! they told me that my Ipad was 50% , they offer free stuff if I sign up. Then when i came back the next day, I was told by the manager, that that particular sales person who offered me all the "fee" stuff that goes with my purchaser was lying! Now, T mobile told me that I had to pay 100% not 50% off of my I pad because I miss the promo dead line by one day!!! then the manager of the store had the nerve to give himself a 5 star from my phone when I was not looking. I only found out after he managed to answer survey text sent by T mobile through my phone!

I had some bad experiences twice at the same location. Avoid this location if you don't want any headache. Some of the employees, at least the ones that took care of me, didn't know what they were doing. Will tell you the wrong information. You can get honestly get everything done online peacefully, rather than wasting your time and energy.

You will be gaslighted if you see an issue and bring it up to them.I had a promo that I was told I could use by T-Mobile over the phone. I was verbally told my the employee at the store that it would be honored. A couple weeks later when I received my bill, I saw the promo was not on there. I went back to the store, where Isaac, Store manager let me know that they do NOT have to honor it. I let him know the employee said they would and he responded that his employees knows they shouldn't. The employee who then was standing next to Isaac, denied ever telling me they would honor it. Basically, I was gaslighted, mansplained and condescended. They did not honor the 400.00 promo and let me know that I was wrong on how I interpreted or heard them initially.

I needed a new phone ASAP and my wife and I were going to swap data for two devices. It was complicated because of water damage to my old phone. The employee Yully was extremely patient and helpful and gave us great customer service past closing time. She got the job done and ensured we were taken care of.
