They take long to help you, you’ll be told to sit down and wait. This store also has the most unprofessional staff, as they aren’t capable of properly centering a screen protector onto my iPhone. Very disappointed with how they handled the situation. 1/5 stars.

Long story short my phone was stolen and they got me back online within five minutes of being helped. Note: service is not instant and sometimes there might be a few people ahead of you so plan on taking about 30 minutes or more, but the service is good.

Iris was amazing!!! If you reviews came with dollars I would love to talk to her boss and ask that they reward this employee. Professional, kind, knowlegeable, and attentive. Everything that is missing in the service industry today was met by this young woman. Thank you. After a few hiccups during the porting of serveral phone lines and router from Verizon, she was able to solve for "X" quickly. I am back with Tmobile and my daughters and I couldnt be happier because of Iris and the service offerings from my switch!

It took a long time, but they were busy. The man who helped me, whose name started with an F, had an extremely positive attitude and he also found me a cheaper plan that had the same features that I was already using, so I am very satisfied.

My mom uses Verizon service and the surcharges and free charges were ridiculous and so we switched to T Mobile. I searched out the stores and read the reviews for different stores. I decided to try this store and it was the right choice. Fernando helped us as soon as we stepped inside the store. He greeted us and let us know there is a waiting time of about 20 min. We waited and after some minor personnel issue, he came over to help us. He was so cordial and patient and we finished the transfer of the lines. He answered all our concerns and we could not have been happier with his service. I even asked him if he is the manager since he was the only one constantly checking people in and letting them know how long might be the wait. He greets everyone with a smile. There are two other agents but definitely not acknowledging the customers. Fernando deserves a big kudos for job well done.

My phone along with my ID and CC's were stolen the day before my bday. I had to lock up all my accounts which made it difficult to buy a new phone. I didn't remember any of my passwords. BRIANA spent hours over the span of 4 days trying to help me get my phone replaced. Her patience and perseverance was incredible. Customer service is an understatement. I'm am beyond grateful. Thank you so very much. PS. The entire staff was friendly and professional. Shout out to Carlos for teaching me how to set up my phone.

Sat there for about about a good hour before anyone comes up to me then Elios or whatever his name is tells me they are closing early and he can no longer help me Not to mention how rude he was to the other customers there. Some customer service training needs to be done Sucks this is my local t-mobile, thinks its about time to switch over to someone else. I've been with yall for 8 years and I dont deserve this shitty service From someone in the service industry

It's rare to go into a retail store and be greeted by the Assistant Manager and a Mobile Specialist with a smile and amazing enthusiasm - stopped at the t-mobile store on Washington street in Hillcrest and met William and Elias who impressed me with their awesome customer service - wow - these guys know how to build customer relationships and encourage repeat customers - 10 stars for William and Elias !
