The owner Paul is the best. And one heck of a good human. I also met his wife, two fantastic people. He may be very busy but he will take time to take a look a your vehicle.

I'm only giving the store one star because I don't have an option for zero. The stuff is rude and uneducated when it comes to information and knowledge. Joanna at the store needs to be retrained on how things work around there knowledge of their products and customer service.

The lady who assisted us today clearly did not want to be there. Not helpful at all. I'm left with a ton of questions about backing up my data. Did the bare minimum. Not impressive customer service.

I can honestly tell you that when I walked into the T Mobile store in Sports Arena that I wasn't sure if I'd get to talk to any representative or get help regarding a replacement iPhone I had lost while on vacation. The store was PACKED with customers, with a line forming and reforming outside the business. I got there around 4PM and they closed at 6. The sheer amount of customers lined up needing assistance could've easily overwhelmed most employees in any type of business. As I watched these four employees cycle through their tasks I realized I had come to the right place, regardless of the crush of requests. Andres A, was the employee who really stood out initially as he was the person responsible for checking in all entrants as they came through the door to get them in que. One after the other, Andres welcomed each group or individual as they walked into the business. That's not easy to do, as he was attending to a customer purchasing a Wi-Fi system. He got them organized on a tablet and calmly told each one of them they would be helped and about how long the wait would be. He then would go back to working one on one with customers. I left the store when they said they would call me when I was next. I got home and immediately received a call from Joanna R. saying to come back and get processed. It was 5:15. Everyone before me was not at the store anymore, they had been helped and I couldn't believe it. She and Kerr then helped me get the phone I needed, unlock my Apple ID account , restore all data, and hand over a new product. Keep in mind this business closes at 6PM. I walked out of T Mobile at 6:38PM. I don't know who trained these employees but they went over and above for not only me, but each person walking through that door. As a small business owner, workers like this do NOT grow on trees. Fantastic job, thank you for saving the day!

Do not trust T-Mobile! many of their stores are franchise stores, and in my case, the one on Clairemont made me a deal that T-Mobile would not honor .when I complained they said they are not required to honor the deals made by franchise stores, even though that store was a T-Mobile business I feel that T-Mobile ripped me off. Please think twice before getting entangled with this company.

I lost my phone last week. More accurately, I dropped my phone and some lovely person picked it up and took it with them. Bummer. Andres was super helpful and saw me through all the set up with my new phone and was also sympathetic, which is probably what I wanted most. I've been a Tmobile customer for over 20 years and will continue to be so. Thank you!!

Bad experience , don't know what they are doing or anything about their products. Lady had to Google the battery life on 4 different phones and couldn't explain the differences besides, "its cheaper". Go somewhere else.

Took them over 2 hrs to add one phone line and get 1 new phone. They messed up the order 3 x, had to come back the next day. I don't suggest going there. Find a different location or company where they know what they are doing!

I came into this store frustrated cause I was having issues with my sons phone. As soon as I walked in two employees Rose and Karina welcomed me in and helped me right away. They helped me resolve the issue and I ended up upgrading my phone. They were both so helpful and such great employees! Definitely coming back to this store!

Joanna was GREAT!!! I told her I was from out of town and what I needed, not only did she help me she got me a great deal on a Chromebook and also added my ported over phone to 360 insurance and all was at a very reasonable price... Oh and not to mention she referred me to a local restaurant with some great food since it's my first time being in San Diego. When I come back to San Diego if I ever need anything from T-Mobile I will definitely be coming back to this location and speaking with Joanna.

Kerr is an amazing employee. He set up my phones and made all the changes I needed super streamlined. He really goes above & beyond to help customers out, he’s friendly and personable. T-mobile is lucky to have him working for them! Top-notch customer service. Thanks Kerr!!

I just came in to the store to talk about plans with my parents. I was trying to set them up for a new plan and phones. Christian the rep did such a great job - he explained everything in detail and was so helpful. Thanks Christian!
