Carlos Cecena was extremely helpful today!! in December. We switched all of our personal and business phones over to T-Mobile. Unfortunately, we had not been able to get any feedback over the last two months about a rebate. I went in today and Carlos was extremely helpful. He stayed on the phone an hour after I left and we had a couple phone calls to get the issue addressed. He was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond, and I just wanted to follow up with gratitude. Thanks, Carlos!!

I spoke to someone in person and asked for the jump program. He informed me that I had to completely pay off my iPhone, and then I could get a new phone. I was unaware that this would restart a 2 year plan for the new phone after I just completely paid off the other. This is the biggest scam ever! They literally stole 2,000 from me by making me sign contracts. I spoke to a representative named Nichole and she informed me that I have to pay off the phone completely and that's best case scenario even though I was lied to by a T-mobile employee there is nothing they can do about it. I will keep updates if this does get resolved.

The worst place to get any support for T-Mobile customers, wait times average on 2 hrs. Representatives will sit and coke and joke with other customers or ex employees while doing absolutely nothing phone related. Watched a customer come in and wait for two hours to get told they didn’t have the screen protector for their phone but they could order one for them and they could come back and wait again to get the protector out on … absolute joke and worst management I’ve witnessed with customer relations

Rose, probably the worst customer service I've received anywhere. Rose was extremely rude, so much so I told her how unfriendly she was being and requested for someone else to help me. I came in and asked about a problem I was having with my phone saying "No Sim". She didn't ask how my day was, how I was doing, like most people in customer service would behave. Didn't say "okay let's check it out, let me help". The first and only thing she said was "what's the number" I proceeded to give her my number, she then said "you have an id" proceeded to give her my ID. While she's taking pictures of my ID I ask "do you know why this happens, like why would my phone say sos" her only response was "don't know". Her attitude was so poor, I would NEVER hire someone like this to work at my store EVER!!! She wasn't welcoming, friendly, or helpful. Just a person full of attitude and poor customer service. I then brought it to the managers attention because she was sitting across from all of this happening and asked if this is a normal way your employees speak with and handle your customers. She said " I wasn't paying attention" I then proceeded to hell her how rude she was being and the manager Dalal never once apologized for the way her employee behaved. Dalal did end up resolving my problem and seemed to have a nicer attitude. But this was an overall terrible experience.

As far as phone stores go I usually leave feeling like I just got mugged. Not so here. In fact my sales person Ricardo set me up with a free phone I was ready to pay for and did his best to make sure I was happy before I left. And I'm still happy even now.

I came in to upgrade my phone and received nothing less than the best customer service. Thank you Christian for your patience and expertise. The other employees were awesome as well.

Not my usual go to T Mobile store because I have others that closer to my house, secondly the place at mall was very busy sometimes it took longer to wait, but when it's time to pick up any swags from T Mobile Tuesday, this is the place as it never ran out of stuffs to giveaway, if you have more than one phone like me, you can double it

I've been with T-MOBILE since 2008. Sadly, the staff of this location was not only incompetent and clueless on anything customer service. They should close this store, fire the staff and try elsewhere, better!

Wow what a utter pathetic waste of my time I sat in here for 4 hours and when I walked in I told them exactly what I was quoted they said no problem and then all the sudden the deal ended today I see why their reviews are so low please go to another location and save yourself your day. They said coincidentally the deal that I've been quoted forever and that they agreed to wasn't a good deal after they already switched over my four lines so I had to sit there and wait for them to pour them back and wait for everything to go through and I was in here over 4 hours for absolutely nothing

had a great experience at the T-mobile store in Carmel Mountain. The employee, Jacob, was very helpful, patient and understanding in explaining the new mobile service to us and making us aware of all discounts and benefits available to us. So thankful for all of his help.

I'd like the staff for fast and easy sale. Trystan helped me today . Hella cool guy and very meticulous with his work. Very informative with no Hidden agenda. Not to mention super handsome. Thank t mobile for my new i phone 14 . It's awesome

I came in with a lost/stolen phone situation and Joseph, Dustin and CY helped me tremendously. I came in with a tricky and stressful situation & the guys made it fun and i was able to leave with a working phone. The whole process took 3-4 hours and all the guys stayed patient and did everything they can to help. I really appreciated all the help and they all deserve a raise! 10/10 recommend, the staff is knowledgeable and very helpful!
