Kevin was patient and kind as we worked through changing mobile phone carriers. The experience was long, but through not fault of T-Mobile. All you Consumer Cellular customers who got switched to ATT and don't get ANY coverage with them, go see Kevin at TMobile, Westview Parkway!

Tried to buy a sim card. After waiting for 20mins, Sales associate signed us in and started serving us. As soon as he found out I wasn’t activating in store, he left us to another associate who then told us we had to wait another 30 mins after she serves someone else. Note: She was the one who told the male sales associate to serve us first.When we told her we had to leave and asked where could purchase a TMobile sim card, she told us to just look for another TMobile location.Went to Verizon and associate was more helpful. He apologized saying they don’t sell sim cards in store, but I can go to the Best Buy nearby. Will be activating on Verizon.

I been going here since they1st open. I'm with Tmobil 20 years.I would like to thank you team member name Kevin Phan. He is so patience with customers, his knowledged, customer service is A plus. This store has a good, fast & nice manager name Elaine Viray. They deserved ? best review.

I came by to update my payment and update my SIM card for this and found out that Mr. Mikaili has showed he’s customer expertise beyond and above expectations not to mention a well multi oriented person to be in this business and he kept the prestige name of T Mobil in the market.

Wish I could give 10 stars! Decade-long customer here. Every rep has been A+, perhaps because manager Elaine is 10 stars. I'm a former CEO, and current chairman of a prominent national organization, and no good service when I see it. I bought many phones here over the years, but today Elaine helped me multiple times over the phone when I threw many curveball questions at her, because I had to make a major high-impact decision quickly. If you value in person service and THIS is the store for you!

Poor customer service. Went 2 days in a row to pick up an order and they didn’t even bother checking the account before they started telling me I can’t pick up the order. Train your employees TMobile. A greeting upon entering the store will be nice too

I had an issue with my t-mobile account, so I tried to resolve it on the phone but I was told that I should go to a store to resolve it. I went first to T-Mobile at Carmel Mountain, but their representative did not help at all and also he was very rude. So, I decided to try the store at Westview Pkwy. The representative there, Michael Jimenez, was very polite and he was able to identify the root of the problem so it could be resolved. Thanks Michael.

Worst T-mobile! We walked in and they said they'd sign us in shortly. 10 minutes later someone else walked in and the female with long hair that works there checked that person in and left us waiting still not putting us on the list. Terrible customer service.
