I love this place! Everything is very clean and new (only three years old). Friendly neighbors and a nice manager. Nice friendly community touches and activities should you choose to partake .

I am a tenant here. I had high hopes for this place but they are rapidly fading. Lousy security... Really none. Hookers move in leaching off of weak tenant's scamming free showers. Their comunication with their buddy tenants is to scream in front of the building at all hours to get in. The prop the gate open to secure later access. Heat and air do not work. Property management is new so I"m giving them a break. Demographic of this Section 8 project is 80% former Father Joe's clients. Not a real shopping market for miles. Location is high crime little Saigon. Bright spot is that they are on the #1 and #215 bus routes. Building is nominated for an Orchid Award
