Gina had the worst customer service at the customer service. The other lady that was working with her keep talking bad about the previous guest! OMG not a good experience, Gina was horrible

Do not get alcohol from here, it’s all locked up which is fine i get that, but i don’t get it when i have to wait over 15 minutes for it to be opened after pressing the button for “team member assistance” many times, mind you there was no assistance because i had to go looking all over the store for someone who could even open it.

No self checkout. Most things are locked, understaffed.

Who ever is running this place is making some real questionable decisions. Long lines no self checkout and apparently there is only one key for all locked items, which is a decent amount of merchandise.

Dont close until 10 but they supposedly close the fitting rooms at 8:40. Wasted an hour picking out clothes and couldn’t even try them on. Ridiculous.
