I got to target at 9:44pm for a pick up order . I ordered multiple items along with my dogs food and The lady Mary that was working the pick orders brought out 4 orders that contained one plastic bag each on different time frames , the last order was brought out at 10:02 and I told her that ive been waiting for my order and she said very rudely we’re now closed and short staffed I said I really need to get my items , my dog needs to eat , I also asked to see a manager and she walked away. I don’t understand how they are short staffed when all I saw were employees standing and talking. This is unacceptable. She was either trying to milk the time and do one order at a time or she’s just simply lazy. I will be calling corporate tomorrow. Now my dog has no food and I have to wait until tomorrow to feed him. I cannot feed him any other food due to his allergies.

Went last night and realized when I got home that they didn’t apply the coupons to two purchases. What was the point of having coupons adhered to the item that say not to remove…the. They don’t apply town. So now I’m at plaza bonita in a long line…thanks but no thanks!

There was literally 6 customers waiting in line for returns and 3 associate just talking about weekend plans. When I asked one of the three associates if they can open another lane she said they were busy and only had one cashier available. Horrible service
This Filipina chick was so rude she was the one that said they were busy

Went to try on some clothes for a trip and all the fitting rooms were closed. Asked Shay at customer service and she said no, they won’t open them to try on. What’s the point of shopping in store if you can’t try on? Typical lazy corporate bullseye, they can’t employ enough people to keep their fitting rooms accessible, really disappointing.

Priscilla was the worst worker there. she was so rude. it look like she didn't even want to be there. she told me that the charger was not for an iPhone in a disrespectful tone. which it was for an iPhone. it says so in the box so

Don't know how legit this gripe is and I know this is the holiday season. but Employees should refrain from visiting with friends and family. while on the clock. Customers like me require assistance and their sistas get verbally abusive with profanity. The employee should have told her rude family member to shut up !!! I just walk away, she kept on with profanity. This was in the toy department. Doesn't seem to take much to animate some people.
