I love this Target!!!! Look & Feel: They gave it a refresh, and everything is organized, clean, and easy to find. Love how big it is too. Drive up: Plenty of places to park for drive up, it's easy to use and convenient. staff: customer service is friendly and helpful.

*This review is for the bathroom only* I came on a Sunday afternoon, and the women's bathroom smelled so bad I was gagging. I walked out and tried the family restroom. That one also smelled bad and was completely clogged with tons of visible toilet paper and seat liners. I came out and happened to run into an employee who was taking out the trash. I couldn't help but mention how unusable the bathroom was, and he made a note of it. I asked if there was another restroom in the store, and he said there wasn't! I held my breath and ran into the women's restroom to wash my hands and then ran out again. I hope your bathroom experience is better!

Always have what i want and generally speaking the staff are amazing. Not sure if the star bucks team are target employees but they can be very rude and the drinks arent consistent.

My go-to place to get anything really. Curbside pick up is also super convenient and fast. Returns and customer service has always been great as well.

The Target on Mira Mesa Blvd has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life! Employees there have been very rude to me on more than one occasion. I can only hope it's just this location and not all of them.The most recent one, which I experienced today, involved the cashier arguing with me and being condescending when I asked about a sale sign and applicable clothing. When the manager allowed the sale to apply to my purchase after seeing the sign, the cashier kept making negative comments in what seemed like an attempt to make me feel guilty such as, "This shouldn't apply but I'll give it to you anyway."On another occasion, an employee handling the self checkout line accused me of not scanning an item, even after I showed her the screen that it was scanned! She also kept arguing with me about it even though the evidence was right there. She was extremely rude and did not even apologize when she realized her mistake. I also witnessed her yelling very loudly, in a condescending tone, at someone who was trying to figure out how to work the steps on the keypad; she should have went up to that person to assist in a professional manner instead of humiliating them.On a third occasion, I was attempting to use the drive-up service. It had been more than 2 hours since I placed my order so it should have been ready but there was no indication that it was. But I was pregnant and on the way home with my toddler so I decided to try and check anyway. First problem: nobody answered the phone after multiple attempts. Second, I tried to flag an employee who was dropping off items for another customer but she said she could not help me at all. So I had to take my very pregnant self and toddler out of the car to go inside to the customer service desk. It turns out, there was a glitch in the app and my items were in fact ready. Then, as the employee was assisting me on the way out she suggested that next time I catch an employee who is already outside and ask for their help, to which I said this is exactly what I did and the woman who refused to help me was right in front of us.Lastly, after today's incident, the cashier made it seem that sometimes items under a sale sign are in fact NOT on sale. She said it's been like this "for years." If this is true, this is very deceitful and confusing. I suggest that if there is a particular sale sign to be placed on a rack, all the items on that rack should be applicable to said sign.All of this makes me not want to return to Target and I have had my Red Card for over 10 years. Should I continue to have these negative experiences, I will then limit my spending by only buying what i need online since I tend to buy things I do not need in person; and/or I will take my business elsewhere.

Prices displayed incorrectly and manager Dora was inconsiderate and did not listen to me or provide proof on why she could not honor my price adjustment request. She disregarded me and was very defensive.

Service was smooth. Only problem was that I have a $25 gift card added to my Target account and I couldn't use it to help make a purchase of a phone card. Their just like cash supposingly. You would think you could use it just like cash.

To HR CORPORATE: I am in disbelief after an experience I had today with a Target employee in the bathroom. I am a mom and I was helping my 7 years old son with the soap dispenser since it was completely empty in the left side. A Target employee walked in and said "There's a boy in the bathroom. She stood there smiling and said "just kidding." My son's safety is my priority. After hearing so many stories of men sexually assaulted young boys in public bathroom, I am NOT letting my son go to the bathroom by himself. How dare this employee shame my son!!! Dealing with a passive-aggressive employee can be challenging, includes sarcasm, veiled jokes especially language and words are often incongruent, such as smiling while making an insulting remark. This employee is hurting people deeply and hopefully Corporate will deal with this matter. It happened on 1/16/2023, 8251 Mira Mesa Target 5:30PM . She had very long wavy black hair half tied back, wearing a red vest.

Purchased some items today, was overcharged at checkout. Had to go back into the store and take pictures of the items and pricing (5 different items ranging from home goods, cleaning supplies, food items) on the shelves to show customer service that I was being overcharged. Also saved target circle offers/coupons that are saved on my app wallet don't go through after scanning the app wallet (and yes the items match the requirements listed on the coupon fine print). Why offer coupons if you are not going to honor them??

They are ALWAYS stocking the shelves in the middle of the day during the busiest times. And when I try to get by someone stocking the shelf they are annoyed that I’m trying to shop at the store. And the biggest pain of all- they are always out of everything! Empty shelves all the time. This target is the worst.

This location doesn't honor the Target Price Match guarantee. I had full receipts of 2 purchases and full screenshots of these items on sale for 40% and 30% off. I was told that in order for the price to be matched, I had to bring in the original items, return them, and buy them at the new prices. This is NOT what the website states. Target's website details clearly that receipts and ads are all that are required. Who is going to lug their purchases back to the store for this?!? I'm incredibly disappointed.
