Apparently Boxes Matter More Than Customers
I was having trouble scanning an item at the self-checkout. Instead of coming over to help, the manager shouted at me from a distance, telling me to “hit continue first” like I was supposed to magically know that.
He spoke in a rude, bossy tone, as if I was wasting his time. Meanwhile, he was busy dealing with empty boxes like they were more important than helping an actual customer.
It doesn’t take much to walk a few steps and offer help politely. But I guess at this Target, the boxes get better treatment than people.
Disappointing and unprofessional.

The store is overrun by out of control preteens and young teens who think cursing out loud is cool, and wrestling in the isles is appropriate. It starts with the bike patrol in the curbside and parking lot and spills over to the store.

Rampant with safety hazards such as items strewn in aisles, work equipment left unattended and the back area of Guest Services is piled with go backs and returns. Also saw roaches on the Starbucks counter. On a nearby radio I even heard what sounded like the ETL’s partying in the office while ordering an understaffed floor around! I asked a security guard about it and they admitted that management places profits over customer and employee safety no matter the amount of reports they submit to corporate - they revealed that the front end leader literally told employees to not clean up safety hazards in order to minimize impact to store operations. They also mentioned the miserable work politics that demoralizes several of the entry-level team members. I wouldn’t shop at this location again.

Disappointed, Target allowed 2 items for Pokemon items on release day. There was over 60 people waiting in line and everything ran out.

Their app says they have an item in limited availability so I tried calling to verify because I had already been there to check. But don't bother calling, they won't answer. Not any department, guest services, or HR. Tried calling several times, but pointless

Saturday around 9pm, the place was perfectly clean, the employees were nice, helpful, and respectful. Big fan of this Target, best one I've ever been in from item selection to cleanliness. Big fan ?

Watch out if you go to this
target
? store 17170 Camino del Sur San Diego California
A couple of teens employees in loss prevention think they are cops telling people to open their bags .Harassing elderly people, and families,verbally, insulting people and touching people's shopping carts. They are out of control cops were called for a elderly man that lost his recipient. Cops were blocking the main door making people feel unsafe and confused.

I don’t shop at Target, when I do it’s because someone else made me. This location was nice and the employees are helpful including a manager.
Yes, I became lost. I don’t shop at Target ? so much so, people had to draw me a picture of where I’m headed.
This location was nice and good selections.

Been frequenting this Target for years out of pure convenience because it is close to work. After moving nearby and going more often...not so much anymore. Call me a hater but I do not like being asked to "donate" to a "football team" every time I leave. Please send me a message regarding this football team as I do feel it does exist but there is no proof. I feel harassed politely saying No and them yelling at me that they take Venmo. Then I get into Target and see the frustrated customers trying to make returns at customer service with the empty Dollar Spot. Walk a bit further and the teenagers after school are just acting insane and cussing like sailors. I'm done with this Target after trying to do a drive up order. I ordered 3 items. After one hour I received a message to pick up 1 item. Unfortunately there was no eta for the other 2 items. Waited and waited. Ended up picking up the first item and canceled the rest. I dunno about this Target. Poway one is looking better at the point.

Unpleasant shopping experience at this target on Dec 14th. Went to buy Apple Airpods at this target location. Took one of the product info hang tabs to show the staff at the electronics counter which one I wanted to buy. After greeting this Asian employee, he had no reply. I then told him I wanted to buy the apple products. The first thing he said was, "you are not supposed to remove the hang tabs from the display" in a rude manner. He also seemed bothered for putting the hang tab back. If it should not be removed. Put out signs let customers know, or make it unremovable. Pathetic Customer service, no respect, bad attitude, and unhelpful. *** Apparently, Google does not like this review, won't even post on google reviews. No wonder the ratings on Google for this location is 4.5, and on yelp is 3.5. Most of things we see on the internet has been manipulated, they will show whatever they want you see.
