Another enjoyable, energetic shopping day @ Target College Grove, w/my Service Dog, Scoutie's Help. Spring & Summer Items everywhere, inviting people to take them home. Bought my usual sparkling bevs, new flavs, coconut pineapple, jazzy raspberry & (always) Bubbly Blackberry. Most striking was Hannah's assistance @ self checkout: I was clearly having a Fibromyalgia Flare. Thank you, Hannah for your generous volunteering to assist me.

How many associates does it take to open the display for a firestick? 3 employees and 35 mins. The first one got sidetracked by some flirting women, the second disappeared and the 3rd was very helpful but had to run to various managers for the tech key. Overall too long a wait and more reason to pollute the earth and get it thru Amazon. Yes I did love target but now I feel it's not work the effort to interact with associates that are hit and miss.

I like this target because it is very organized, clean and they stock their shelves. I never have problems finding parking and their employees are really helpful. Compared to the plaza Bonita target that is absolutely awful, this place is the best. Whomever the manager is should be commended because they hire good staff and they really stress customer service. Keep up the good work.

This store is a lot more organized than Clairemont, Palomar, or Mission Valley. Staff is always friendly & on the sales floor doing recovery. They have a lot La roche posay products, men's department is great, and they always have Lego's on deck! Their home department & cleaning isle are always stocked up and organized- absolutely love it. Their ulta beauty department is easy to shop with many great options available such as Ouai, Anastasia Beverly Hills & tarte. There's been a few cashiers here who have been pleasant and I wish I could remember their names but I'm happy with the customer service here & friendly interactions.Sometimes the lines can be long but that's usually at every target. Quiet isles, but busy check out.

I live between two targets and I always have chosen this one since 2018. I have been consistently dissatisfied by a few things as of late that prompted this review. 1- I don't feel safe. There's aggressive people out front without proper set ups trying to get people to sign petitions and other times, folks selling candies. Last time I was there, one man saw I was on the phone and got extremely close to me. I zipped out of his way and avoided the interaction. I shouldn't have been on my phone, but these people have 0 respect for personal space and it's frightening. 2-they NEVER have hand carts and that annoys me to no end. I will be very cautious to return if I do. Overall the store is clean, and they offer Starbucks and all the usual target-things. Just can't justify putting myself in a sticky situation anymore.

I like this target. Everyone seems to be pretty helpful. There was one situation we're my sister asked for a price check and they guy kind of walked away and said someone else would help but I used my app to check so we were able to brush that one off though it wasn't the best impression. My niece was using crutches and we wanted to get her a motorized cart but guess what, they were both dead like zero power luckily they had a cart that an adult person could be pushed and for some reason I wanted to push her in it, it was kinda fun. Overall I like the location when I do my online orders for pick up the people who bring my stuff out are great.

The customer service here was better than at any target i've ever been to. Was having problems with my target app giftcard and savings-it wouldn't scan, AnneMarie really tried helping us figure it out, ultimately it wasn't a problem on their end but we were given a giftcard for all the troubles and told to call corporate. It made our night way less stressful. There was also a young man who helped us as well. I cannot recall his name but AnneMarie hopefully can vouch for him-super helpful as well! Thank you guys!

It's a cute little store, clean and modern but with a really limited selection, not like the normal Target you would expect, it's more like a fancier version of a store attached to a gas station.

I totally forgot why was not shopping any more at this target ,tonight I had really bad experience with customer service ....first my red card wasn't working properly they car reader was misreading the chip, seconds later scanned the product with Walmart app 8dlls price difference when back to customer service and requested refund the person in charge chatting with other employees 1st. Second employee not well trained I asked for refund then she nicely offer price match making math with her cellphone that's when I got upset obviously if you are using silly RED CAR is because you care about the cents the you can save !!! Last call person in charge and do what I asked FROM STEP 1 returned and price match ,and she ended with really negative comment RUDE!!! Oh was couple cents the difference who cares it's my MONEY NOT THEM! ACTUALLY WAS 8dlls THE DIFFERENCE

This is my go to target since it's near home. It's usually clean, and employees usually do not have an attitude. I will definitely continue shopping here, however they do not honor prices if stuff is stocked in the wrong spot. I picked up this watch stocked with a $14.99. Honestly I didn't read item description just saw price. It scanned at normal $24.99 price. Employees refused to match price on shelf bc "someone must've put it there". I would be understanding if it was just the one in this spot especially during hectic shopping season. But there were 6 lined up nicely lol I highly doubt a customer would restock all these watches.

I really enjoy coming to this location. It isn't the closet to me so I don't always do it but I do really like this one. This location has been updated and has a better and more open floor plan. I also think this a larger location and they have a wider variety of items. I loved coming here when I was shopping for my baby because it was easier to find the items I wanted and needed. The grocery section is large and always has what I am in need of, plus more. I tend to do some impulse buying in that area. I have loved the clothing sections and can always pick something out and the health & beauty section is amazing! So many option and it is laid out so nicely and neatly. Overall, I am always happy at this location and I know I will be happy every time I come here.

This Target store is clean and the employees are friendly and helpful; however, they seem to always be out of what I need, have super long lines (pre pandemic as well) and, lately, every time we go, there is someone selling something outside the entrance. Aren't there rules about this at most stores? It seems to be encouraged here. COVID changed a lot of things for all of us and I can handle the long lines (even at 10pm on a Thursday night), I can handle not getting everything on my list (there's a Walmart around the corner) but the two combined is just too frustrating. Couple that with someone always asking for money or trying to sell something before you even get into an already mildly overpriced store and you get a 2 star review. Just a note for/about solicitors: if someone is rushing into Target at 10:00 on a weeknight, it's likely they are in a hurry to get in, get out and get home. They don't want you to jump in front of them- stopping them from entering the store, introduce yourself and try to start a conversation about your Christian CD, as lovely as I'm sure it is. They may just want to get the diapers they need for their little one and get back home so he can go to sleep after a long and cranky day. And a note for stores who allow such solicitation: don't.

I'm really disappointed in the employee here especially Mr Led from Electronics Department. I came in to buy an AirPods Pro and a MagSafe charger, but I didn't have the physical payment cards with me so I used the Target app to do the payment but it didn't go thru, after a few moments back and forth with Led, he decided to helped other customers and left me hanging, then he sent another team member to help him bring me up, but he chose to locked the item inside the locker without giving the other person the key, so both of us had to wait for him to get back, then he told that person to leave and let him handle the situation in which he went back and forth telling me that I was in the wrong, first he blamed my app, then he blamed my account, then he accused me of fraud, I tried to explain to him that nothing was wrong on my end, and that I went to another Target location in Linda Vista, they were able to bring me to guests services and manually input my payment card, he even told me that those people should be punished for doing that, he said noone supposed to do that, at this point he had repeatedly insulted my feelings also not being helpful because the line was getting longer at electronics checkout, so after waiting for a while I told him why don't you get more people to help those people because my situation might take longer to resolve, instead he said he couldn't help me, then sent me away. At least if he couldn't, maybe find someone else who could, took him few mins to came by and asked me if I needed help, I felt like I should have just brought the item to the customer service upfront myself, but then he probably prevented me to do so cause he would accuse me for stealing. This Target located in an area maybe alot of shoplifting happened, everything got security locked even for a cheap item. The one in Linda Vista had a better display and employees didn't discriminate you
