So far, the easiest and most communicative tax filing service I contacted (I contacted 12)! Most never picked up, never called back, or wouldn't follow through with sending a simple email. Had to call multiple times with no resolution. So glad I found TaxPlus! They were able to get me in for a consultation with a call quick, followed up with 2 email reminders, and were able to quickly reschedule when I asked. I spoke with Tulsi, who was attentive, understanding and knowledgeable! I got her email because for some reason, the professionalism TaxPlus and Tulsi demonstrate is rare to find! Will definitely come back to TaxPlus!
