The Tesla Service Center provides excellent service and support. The staff, including Steve, Brennan, and Kendall, are highly knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient in handling customers' needs, from leasing a new Model 3 to resolving technical issues. Customers have consistently reported a streamlined and enjoyable experience at the service center.
Customer service has improved significantly compared to the previous years, and the service center finally has a waiting area! Steven helped my with a warranty issue on my front bumper of my model 3. He was very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable.
