LOVED! Cats are so adorable and sweet. So playful. I wanted to take them all home lol. I got an ice chai and it was pretty good. Would go back again! Missing the kitties, especially penny and gracie!

Please visit this place! It's super clean, the kitties are too kind. I love that you get a free drink with a ticket. I've never been to a cat cafe that does that!!

I am in the military and cannot have a pet, so I was really excited to find this cat cafe online! The coffee was good, and I got to sit and watch cats play and lounge around couldn't have asked for anything better! When I tried to pet one of the cats it immediately started chomping on my hand a friendly reminder that cats need time to warm up sometimes before pets! Thank you guys for giving me such a nice experience

Really enjoy this cute cafe! I can either watch the kitties outside their patio through a window or go inside the cat room. Definitely can see myself going back as my “self-care” treat to myself! I recommend doing a reservation just in case. Also give yourself time to find parking. Overview I had a wonderful time!

Every time I stay in the hotel across the street for work, I wake up at 8am sharp to the cat cafe slamming their patio furniture against the concrete outside. Must be angry workers. I sure know the cats don't like it.

The barista and the staff inside the cat area(the lady with curly hair and the tall guy), they arent friendly. Cats are not friendly. Mostly are asleep ( maybe due to cold weather). You cannot carry or lift the cats (that’s their rule). The admission fee if $20 for walk-in and that is good for 1 hr. I remember it has only been 35 mins since I ordered my coffee and the guy(in side the cat are) said that we have 10 minutes more minutes. We just left and didnt wait for 10 mins. I didn’t like the experience. The cat cafe in LA is better.

My experience here was MEH. I’ve been to a cat cafe before and this one was lackluster. You do get a free beverage or snack with your reservation, which was nice. Most of the cats were interactive while we were there, but there could be more toys for the cats to play with. As some other previous customers mentioned, some of the cats did nip or bite. I would be cautious bringing small children here for that reason. I thought the staff were friendly, but it would have been nice if they could have promoted the adoptable cats. Some of the cats were actually the owners, which I thought was a tad strange and confusing if someone were interested in adopting one.

Took a date here from Hinge. She loved it as did I, great tasting coffee and overall vibe. Solid date idea for those cat lovers out there.

Definitely don't recommend this place since they do their adoptions through the rescue house which is a really sketchy organization. Be cautious if you do an application through here they will extract a lot of unnecessary personal information from you. I already gave them my legal name and my landlords information that should have been all they needed but they wanted every roommates legal names which I find weird since they financially have nothing to do with the cat. They only need to know how many roommates I have so that they know who that cat will be around. I found this org to be very icky. Be warned and I recommend checking out the reviews on The Rescue House page as well

Cat Bite Resulting in Doctor VisitI'd like to preface this review by saying I grew up with cats and have owned several rescues, including one with behavioral issues. I feel that I am knowledgeable about when a cat is demonstrating behavior that indicates that it is annoyed and would like to be left alone.I visited the cafe with a friend on Monday 1/15/24 and was bit VERY hard by a calico cat who would NOT let go. This was without warning after I let it sniff my hand to ensure she was comfortable prior to me petting it. The bite resulted in a deep puncture wound and drew blood. The cat did not demonstrate any signs of aggression prior to this. Another guest stated she was bit by the same cat on her arm, but it did not break skin. The bite resulted in me going to a doctor and getting a prescription antibiotic due to a skin / soft tissue infection. My hand is very swollen and was painful to the point where I was having a hard time even getting to sleep the night I was bit despite me taking antiinflammatories for it.The gentleman supervising the visits seemed very unapproachable and I didn't bring it up to him because I felt like I would be reprimanded from what previous reviewers had said about their interactions with him. The man did not give any warnings until later that this cat liked to "nip".I would think that a cat cafe would house animals that are better socialized. I understand that several of the cats were still acclimating, but staff should be more cautious about introducing them if they are known to bite. There were several children at my session and I am glad they didn't get bit.I felt this was a very overpriced experience all things considered. I have been to several other cat cafes and this did not compare. The cat area did not have a relaxing / cozy atmosphere. There were not enough chairs and tables for everyone to sit at, resulting in my friend and I sitting on the floor some of the time. I felt that the ratio of humans to cats was off where it limited how much you could interact with the cats one on one. There were not many magazines, games, a TV, etc. that guests to engage with in the room either. If the cats were sleeping or uninterested, you basically had to twiddle your thumbs the whole time. We couldn't wait to get out of there! That being said, I do feel like the cats are well cared for and it is good they are giving them the opportunity to get adopted. However, I think being more selective about which cats they bring in would be less of a danger to guests.
