Terrible customer service. The two employees in photo have been on the phone for over 30mins trying to verify a check. There is a long line and it doesn’t make sense why both employees listen on the phone while NO ONE is assisting the other customers. Also, they have not once acknowledged the other customers to ensure us sometwill be with us. One of the most unprofessional places I’ve been to in a while.

There is an older woman at the counter who is very rude and makes every trip to this checking place unpleasant. Every time I come here and deal with another faculty member there are no problems but every time I come here I am denied for some type of technicality. I shouldn’t be denied of cashing a check when I already have an account with you guys.

Horrible, do not go to this place. Not helping at all. They got my cash. Then they put my money on hold and wouldn't transfer, asking. Fishy question.

I've made over a hundred payday loans with this company and I get a loan every month even if I don't need the loan I do it to support a local business.The only thing that made me angry was during the virus and lock down they were the only check cashing place that I've dealt with who stopped giving loans at the crucial time where the other check cashing companies helped out when we were in uncertain times.It made me feel like they weren't supporting me when I needed them? I will give them the benefit of doubt that they would have helped out so I forgave them but if they do it again I will rethink my future support.I like this company and they can help alot of responsible people so please don't do that again.

Had alot of faith in me I called to see if with 2 forms.of.i.d.could.i.cash a federal issued check I had lost my identification card a few days prior & to be honest the way things explained I would really appreciate doing business here again! #MUCH LOVE

They don’t get back to you by email customer service and they don’t honor the rewards system. The teller told me that you earn 1 point per money order. And so far my points have been staying at just 1. And I’ve had about 9 since opening up rewards system. So therefore I should have racked up 9 points. So idk what’s going on. I been coming for years I like using this place but to find out about it years later that it’s not advertised or told to us. And than not even seem to work is ridiculous don’t offer sumthin like this if you don’t honor it. The points system if you don’t know is earn points each money order bought so when you reach a certain amount of points I forgot what you get a free money order. It’s just a perk no biggie but if you offer it honor it SIMPLE and also if a customer reaches out to you return their call or email. It’s been a month now and I haven’t gotten a response. Does not take this long. This particular location IS the headquarters to them all. So yeah would’ve been nice to answer smh.

This place used to have a good reputation. Today when I walked in I was not acknowledge at all. When she finally came back she told me that the person who I was receiving a check from was new so she had to "verify it". She called my client asking personal questions like: "are you aware of this check", "what is the check for", etc. She counted it as a loan check, It was personal. After messing around and not doing much my takeaway was -25%, truly horrendous. I instead decided to go to the bank where the check was from (Chase) and they gave me truly quality service and only had a -1.5% charge. I will never do any transaction here.

Great service. I was in and out with no problems. Cashiers didn't waste time with idle chit chat when people are waiting. Literally no problems which usually isn't the case at other companies. Too bad everyone else can't be as professional.
