I highly recommend this location! They are always super friendly and helpful. I had large order of pool umbrellas delivered and they gladly helped me with them. They also made significant changes to the inside of the store to allow the ease of picking up packages especially during the semester when it's really busy. Looking forward to the new layout this coming semester. Thanks for being awesome

Had a great experience here with someone named Sheila? Shayla? Something along those lines. This was about 1-2 weeks ago but better late than never right? The store had gotten busy really quickly and everyone was waiting for their packages but she had been really efficient in grabbing multiple packages at a time and I noticed that she had been very kind with everyone before me. One of my packages seemed to have been misplaced somewhere in the store and she wasn't able to find it but she had taken the time to explain to me and reassure me that my package was not lost but just somewhere in there HAHA. Just really appreciated that she was so attentive and patient even with the busy store!

I would love to give a shout out to the amazing Jocelyn! I lost a package and Jocelyn helped find it within minutes! She is the sweetest ever and definitely is an amazing employee. She made sure that my package was ready for pick up and made the process easy and quick!

I have to say, I never thought I'd find myself singing the praises of a UPS store, but the one near me has truly won me over. Not only do they make it incredibly easy to process and return my Amazon orders (because let's be real, we've all been there), but the staff is always so friendly and helpful. It's like they know I'm going to need a little extra TLC after trying to navigate the labyrinth of online shopping. But the real cherry on top? They always have the best attitude. I mean, I'm pretty sure the guy at the counter told me the longest word in the English language is "smiles", because there's a "mile" between the first and last letters. Or maybe he didn't? I don't know, but if he didn't already I'm sure that he will someday, and he is always smiling. So if you're looking for a UPS store that will not only take care of all your shipping needs, but also bring a smile to your face and make you laugh, look no further. This is the one. And if they're not, well, I'll be sure to update this review.

I'd like to give a shout out to Haley G for being so incredibly helpful! I had to return a package and Haley helped me print the return label and prepare the package for return. She was very friendly, quick, and efficient. I was in and out of the store in a matter of minutes!

The worst f****** UPS Store on the face of the earth. If i could give zero stars I would. Packages are typically delayed multiple days and when you go to pick up your package after it's finally ready, there's always about a 50 person line. They are majorly understaffed, this is the worst ups store ever. Don't expect anything good from this s*** hole.

OH MY!!! Never, have I ever, received such stellar customer service! I would drive several towns over to support this store!! Jenaya and Alex went above and beyond in helping me get some packages before my international flight. Jenaya followed up by email and phone and then STAYED PAST CLOSING so we could get our package before flying out to Australia. I am so impressed and if there were any way to give more than 5 ⭐️ I would!!! Thank you, thank you!!!!

Management here is a joke. Many students depend on this store for their academic materials and medication. They're delivered fine by the UPS, FedEx, etc., but this store may hold the package for over a week before sending a confirmation email to pick up the package. There is absolutely no support for packages they lose either, so you better have that free Amazon refund service in your arsenal. Instead of shipping packages here, I'd suggest sending them to a nearby Amazon locker or FedEx location and handle the ride/drive there to get all your items in a timely matter as you should. Employees are nice a friendly though, and provide good services.

They lost my package and continued to tell me to wait for my email to pick it up. a week later, they say just to reorder the package with no refund or any support.
