If you want the TL;DR, just know that this is hands down the best UPS store I’ve ever been to! I can’t say enough good things about Melissa (the owner) and her incredible team. They truly set the standard for customer service. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed and valued. They also always pull through for me even in my most last minute situations. Whether I’ve forgotten a box for delivery, or needed a custom piece of branding designed and printed in a tight deadline, Melissa and her staff have never let me down. If this location is a bit farther from your usual spot, trust me, it’s worth the extra distance. I mean it when I say I would give them 6 stars if I could!

I have found my FAVORITE UPS store. The attention to detail, genuinely friendly service and how clean and orderly everything is really speaks volumes. There is another UPS store closer to my place but I drive here to Little Italy because the service is unmatched, the store offers better value and I always have a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this location and the owner Melissa and staff do a phenomenal job

Wanted to give a huge shout out to the owner Melissa! She helped me with the process of printing signs for my wedding. She was so patient and helpful through the whole process. She allowed me to come in to give me live examples of sizing and material available to print on. She made this process super easy. 100% recommend using this STORE to get any printing done!

We just moved into the neighborhood so this is now our go-to UPS. The customer service is really great. They're helpful and smiling every time we go in. They always have at least two people at the registers so the wait is never long which is really nice. It's clean as well!
