We hired Jose to tow our suv to the mechanic shop. He told us he would have it there in 45 minutes. Our mechanic called an hour and 15 minutes later to tell us he still did not have the car in his possession. We reached out to Jose and Jose informed us he made a personal stop and he wouldn’t be getting our car there for another hour. After we kindly asked him to put a stop to his personal business and to deliver our car to our mechanic who stayed late to receive our car, he hung up on us! We called back and he forwarded our call. We then called from another number and he answered and when we requested he deliver the car immediately he hung up on us again. I called back again as I needed to know if our car was going to be delivered to the mechanic in time he said “30 minutes” I asked why he hung up on me and he proceeded to hang up on us again!!! Extremely unprofessional and I will be reporting him to the better business bureau. I have NEVER had such an unpleasant and unprofessional experience in my life! On top of everything, his prices were extremely high to tow our car 5 miles! HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!Service: Car towing

My mechanic recommended Tiger Towing to have my car brought directly to the shop for immediate repairs. Totally satisfied with the service and fair pricing. Quick, reliable, and friendly! Jose has a flat bed and can tow both cars and motorcycles. Will return as needed. Highly recommended for anyone needing prompt towing service.

My eclipse transmission went out on me, call a towing company and was close, I call tiger towing and answer and was there in 30 min, never had a fast service response, friendly and responsable.
