I love Tobi Blatt! I having been shopping here for several years and it is always a pleasant experience. This is my favorite high end boutique in San Diego County. Even when I am traveling and I need an essential item to my wardrobe, Tobi or her staff will help me over the phone and make sure I get what I need wherever I am. She's an amazing stylist!
