Literally the best TJ in San Diego. They are always stocked... especially with the new items. They also carry a large selection of the kosher meat in this location if anyone is looking. The staff is beyond friendly ( I mean I've never been to a location where they were not) only downside is the parking. One thing I'm not the biggest fan of at TJ is the produce. I feel like normally they would go bad after only a few days. For some reason the produce selection at this TJ is amazing. If you are looking for a location fully to stocked and large with good produce I would go here.

The only downside to this location is that parking is hard to come by here. Like all Trader Joe's, food is fresh, aisles are tidy, and store associates are abundant. The store associates are so nice here! I wanted to give a shout out to Lawrence who offered my kid many stickers and really made her day! My kid has never been offered stickers at other locations before. Despite the busy crowd, thank you for taking a moment to bring joy! Lawrence also thoughtfully moved my basil plant to the cart so it would not be damaged. These little acts of mindfulness make such a difference. Thank you!

TJ is one of the best food options in San Diego. Not to say it's perfect. Although it is probably better than most other stores, they still sell products with harmful ingredients (according to the Yuka application which is growing in popularity). TJ has discontinued products we used to love / buy (strawberry yogurts, canned pears, etc...) and there are not too many novelties so we end up buying the same things all the times. Fruits used to be better and are usually not ripe. Forget about the bread, we actually like Ralphs better for this. Don't take me wrong, we still favor TJ over most other stores but hope someone at TJ's headquarters will read this to make their products better.

Ideal grocery store for customers looking for ready made food!A lot of foreign products especially CanadaLove their frozen apple tart imported from france.They have good paella ? also.Service is great!Prices are fair.

I love this Trader Joe's! Every time I come in here it feels like they are happy to help make it an experience. I've gotten to try items I was unsure of for free prior to buying with no issues. No hassle. No eye rolling. If anything, they were excited. They explained to me after I sample they get to give the remaining product to other customers and share amongst the crew. That's awesome. My children look forward to going to Trader Joe's. It's a place my family is creating memories. I am going to update my review for individual employees by name another time. For now, thank you Trader Joe's. Highly recommend

There is a lot of parking outside the store but it gets full soon even on the weekdays. You get good quality products here whether it's produce or meat and they are reasonably priced.
