Please review special orders as they don't have workers with common sense. Their workers are thinking people. I ordered 2 doors of 41" x 93" each door and the lazy worker ordered 4 doors of 25" x93" each. How stupid is this? When I pointed that to a "manager" (she should be at McDonald's working better), then she told me it was my fault because I did not clearly told the worker when I placed order....dumb and dumber...bad customer service, bad employees attitude. Im not surprise, they do what they get paid to do (minimum wage, minimum service).

I had stopped shopping here a long time agp, due to multiple incidents of bad customer service, rude employees. Their products are not the issue. I used )))to think it was idividual stores, but now I am convinced its a corporate issue. The employees follow stupid return policies, and after dealing with so many irate customers they quit!!!Well, I QUIT!!! I was lured in by their 0% promotion for 24 months about 3 years ago. I have payed off my $10,000 balance, but I tried to return 2 Cheyenne 30" doors and a def garbage disposal and I was turned away based on corporate policy. I feel bad for the employee at the return desk, but its not good business to reject brand new doors just because its past 90 days. The doors had no damage none whatsoever. Im stuck with 2 doors I have no use for. I was going to purchase lumber with the money returned from the doors, but instead I went to Dixieline Lumber. The Moen garbage disposal, had I purchased it from Walmart they would have swapped it out within 12 months of purchase. Homedepot asks you contact Moen directly for a refund or replacement. I hate being inconvenienced, and HomeDepot does a great job doing that. Dixieline Lumber may be more pricey but, their customer service is superior to Home Depot.

Don't order online for delivery. Their delivery company is terrible and you never know when your order will arrive. Guaranteed it won't be the day they say you should expect it.

I want to thank Joanna in the paint department for being so nice and helpful. She deserves five stars but I'm only leaving four stars for the store because she was actually correcting a mistake made by another paint associate. A few days before I asked for four white paint samples. When I got them they weren't even labeled with the names of the paint and they were a different brand than I asked for. When I asked about it he wrote the names of the paint on the samples with a marker and nobody responded as to why they were a different brand. When I tried them out I realized that at least two of them were just plain white paint. I took them all back and Joanna fixed the mistake and gave me correct samples that were properly labelled and the right brand. She was great.

Israel in the paint department helped me out with my cabinets I needed to stain. He was very friendly, knowledgeable of the products and found a match of what needed for my project. Israel is a top quality Home team member.

Positive experience at this location. Came in to buy 2 insulation walls for my home. The worker was so helpful to cut the insulation wall in half so it could fit in my car. He also recommended the insulation tape to piece together the walls. Overall had a positive experience with the staff. Highly recommend this location.

Really inconvenient that a big store like Home Depot does not have Apple Pay! When asked about it, employees told me to shop somewhere else.

EDGAR at the return registers is a douche. He did not greeted me, took the receipt I HANDED & placed my money in the counter all messy. Coins going everywhere & you could tell her was over it. If you don't like your job move on you old man. Go clean restrooms or go pick leaves outside the parking lot. I returned my items with a receipt and items were NOT open at all.. not your store, not your money. Mind your business and work for that check to pay your bills. You can tell right away by his expressions that he was not having it and he is rude af. I love this location but people like EDGAR, gray hair with glasses; makes it a bad experience. Booo to you E D G A R.

My main Home Depot store is in Chula Vista east of the 805. However, we recently purchased a home in Imperial Beach and have been doing a lot of purchasing at the Home Depot in on Saturn Blvd in Imperial Beach. People have always been very friendly and helpful. They have a great selection and just about anything that we've needed has been in stock. I did a couple of curbside pick ups. One particular order was delivered by Cesar. He was fast and friendly. Came right out to the car and loaded my items. We chatted a bit and he went on with his day. It was a pleasant experience. 10/4/22

Placed an order for over $1,900 worth of materials on a Friday, was told the order would be ready at 9 am on Monday. Get to the store nothing was ready. I had to pull 136 pieces of lumber that wasn't ready and I was given a bag of hardware by an associate that said it was all there, upon further inspection we were missing over 50 pieces of hardware! Then I was told to go find my missing items. Which are not on the shelves!

Would like to thank Priscilla for her patience while I went online to do what I needed to do to get the military 10% discount for my purchases. I was in self checkout so, at least, I was holding up a line or anything. She noticed my frustration when I didn't have the proper documentation to upload and she made an exception to give me the discount this time. I was so grateful because she saved me $32.68 as well as, a trip to have to come back later with proper documentation. Thank you, Priscilla. I greatly appreciate you.
