Arrived at 9:25pm, 35 mins before closing time. I got help around 9:35pm, I knew exactly what I needed. I just needed help unlocking a certain item.. one item I needed was not on the shelf, but it said there was 15 in stock. The gentleman helping me was not from the department and called someone from that department to try to locate the item. By 9:58 PM he said I cannot locate it and we are closing already. Everyone is clocking out. I told the gentleman I understand however it did take you guys about little over 10 minutes to get to me mind you this young man was on his phone when another employee saw him he tried helping me and also told him to get off his phone. This was no teenager. He should have known better. Home Depot train your employees with basic customer service skills.

Another review for this location in less than a month. This store is my go to location every time I need hardware or house related items. The staff at this location is always helping customers and have a great attitude. I love the fact there is always someone willing to answer my questions or guide me making my experience a positive one every time I visit.

Sure, I'll write another review for possibly the worst Home Depot in America. At the Home Depot in Imperial Beach, I was injured when the Home Depot employees that were helping me extricate 260 feet of bender board from the garden department. This is the ONLY Home Depot where I've seen that puts their bender board in the garden department. Most of them have it with the lumber, and outside. We tried to get them to open this side door, where the employees could set it outside for us. But, they called the manager, and they said that she wouldn't do it. So, when I was holding onto the back of the bender board, we went around a corner and it threw me into a display of potted flowers. I know it was on video, because it was right in front of the check out desk. I hurt my back in the fall, but I managed to walk out of the store. I was willing to just go to my own doctor, which was what I did, until we went back to buy some more, and my brother and I personally asked this obese woman if we could get the side door open where the HD employees could take it straight outside for us. She became real snotty and argumentative and said she didn't care that I got hurt the previous time we took it out of the garden department. So, I got mad about that, and I became argumentative with her, and she called the company I worked for, and they fired me. So, I didn't want to, but I filed a complaint with them, and this guy from their insurance company called, and said he was investigating my complaint. After a couple of weeks he said after his investigation he didn't think Home Depot was at fault, but he offered me $2000.00, because I was such a valued customer, to help with my medical bills. Yeah, right. This is how crooked Home Depot is. I asked him if he had seen the video of my accident, and he said he couldn't comment on it. I said well, you did it, or you wouldn't be offering me money. He just gave me some mumbo jumbo. I should have taken it to court, and sued them, just because of that snotty obese manager who was too lazy to open the side door. Other Home Depot's have been more than happy to open the same said side door when we purchased a lot of bulk items. This changed my whole concept of Home Depot. I used to love going there, but now, I go to Lowe's or Dixieline.

Customer service reps at the return checkout need better training on official identification. A "Mexican" ID is official whether it is Mexican, Chinese or from the US. The rude manner in which the cashier (Brandi) responden and was condescending because I had a Mexican ID was not at all professional. I have used my "Mexican" ID at that very same Home Depot previously but I suppose Bramdi knows that my Mexican ID is only for voting. Such a shame that in 2022 there are still customer service reps that have no manners.

Watch your a** home Depot. you've got an enemy. You put everyone out of business and now you don't provide the materials and items that were once available.you re expensive and are heartless even to repeat customers that spend 10 s of thousands of dollars with you annually. You dropped wall board for crappy a** Westpac!?! Just wait for it.

Currently I'm at home depot buying some lumber in isle 30. Been standing here for about 30 minutes now waiting for an attendant. An attendant was paged 3 times to this location, but he hasn't arrived yet. I flagged other workers walking by and they said someone will come. I used to like this store.

I use this Home Depot often to buy material. They are always fast and ask questions about my truck so they can appropriately tell me where to park. The loaders actually load correctly and have an understanding of weight distribution and strapping. They always take care of me in a quick and efficient manner. Good job guys.

Well not to much to say about any of my Home Depot experiences.... They are really just lackluster at best! If u know what your looking for and they have it in stock sure it's a ok place to pick up home items. But overall the customer experience on the floor is really how they have been lacking over the last decade!!! Really not enough orange aprons on the floor to help customers and now that they have more self checkouts why aren't there more employees on the floor to help ?! I only go here if I know what I need and they have it in stock or for a better experience order online and have them bring it to you if it's not a big order... my suggestions are LOwEs or Dixieline for a better customer experience!

Was recently in the situation, when I need some tools. The closest place was The home depot store. Huge variety of tools you need. Starting from simple drills. Very nice store. People are so helpful here. So basically I got a kit of two drills with 2 batteries and a charger from Makita for 135. Nice.

Friendly and helpful staff. Many options to choose from for home improvements. I was extremely grateful to meet the manager I believe named Andres who was more than helpful in providing pricing on some items while also making us laugh. Great experience. I would definitely return to this Home Depot location.

This is an update it appears the problem is with the DELIVERY COMPANY TEMCO which is Home Depot's delivery carrier they are based out of Miramar . As soon as we got in to the store Mgr.Mike was called he tended to us along with Michelle, whom contacted TEMCO directly unfortunately the rep from TEMCO was not helpful at all. Michelle kindly refunded our money and we repurchased the stove from in store and we picked it up this time, customer service here is Great thank you Mgr Mike and Michelle
