If you are fed up with the total lack of service from the big box hardware stores, give this a try. Service is fist rate and friendly. It's slightly more expensive, but the time you save not wandering a mega store is worth it.

I recently visited Ace Hardware and was really impressed by their selection of hardware and tools. They carry everything you could possibly need for home improvement projects, from power tools to gardening supplies. What stood out the most was the staff; they are always friendly and incredibly helpful. Every time I’ve had questions about a product or needed advice on a project, they’ve taken the time to assist me thoroughly. It’s refreshing to find a store where customer service is a priority. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality products and a pleasant shopping experience!

A big fat 0 in customer service. Waiting 1 hour to acquire 2 gallons of paint for 2 paint samples. No apology from the technician attending me (carter) not even an acknowledgment of my existence, he totally and utterly ignored me while he was attending another customer. After i asked him how long will it take for him to take my order only then he looked at me. And once he got to me he got my order wrong it was so upsetting and disgusting. This is why small businesses go out of business never ever will a go this location.

Well, this hardware store has most of the essentials that a guy would need. I have to give it a one star after multiple experiences of coming in here and being treated as a thief even when I don’t need help, they stand there over my shoulder watching me like they believe I’m gonna steal something so again a one star for that type of treatment.

Best hardware store experience ever. I was immediately greeted on entry and asked “how can I help you.” The associate walked me to the product and hand picked the product for me. The checkout associate smiled
and wished me a good day. Nice work Ace Hardware.

Great looking tomato plants,
Plentiful parking availability in the parking lot. Only one checker who was young and had no gardening background for two questions asked.
