About U.S. Bank Branch
U.S. Bank Branch is a highly regarded financial institution, known for its exceptional customer service and friendly staff. Customers have consistently praised the kindness and patience of the employees, particularly Sean Gilhang and Sherwin, who have gone above and beyond to accommodate their needs and resolve issues. The branch's new location is also a hit, with a cozy lounge and coffee provided to make customers feel at home. However, the lack of a bathroom for bank members has been noted as a peculiar oversight. Overall, U.S. Bank Branch offers a welcoming and efficient banking experience.

Sean Gilhang was the kindest, most patient employee - who dealt With me today 10/23 as I was visiting from out of town. He literally stopped what he was doing , twice, to accommodate me and the issue I was having. I mean, Who leaves reviews for banks ? That’s how good he was. Thank you for your help

Sherwin at this branch is absolutely amazing. He was able to help me with a very big issue that nobody else was able to help me with. He went out of his way to go above and beyond to keep me updated and was so helpful and understanding throughout the process. Thanks so much Sherwin!
