I decided to get a haircut on a whim but the time was already near the last appointment time available. Jesus was super flexible and said it was okay for me to be a few minutes late. He did an amazing job and I love my haircut.Separately, I had a little shopping to do and I come to this location because Tia is always so helpful and gives the best recommendations!

This store is in a crowded shopping center in a less ideal area, but they make up for that by having the interior looking great and fully stocked with super competent employees. I love this Ulta.

This review is for an experience on 11/12/23 around 1 pm. Waited at a curbside pick up for 15 minutes with no one coming out. Went into the store to find workers just standing around and talking. I get when things are slow you can slow down too but get the stuff done first. Pick up experience arose an issue. We’ll leave that to a computer or user error but overall customer service experience was poor.

I went in yesterday because I was having issues with my current make-up regimen. Martin engaged me within 30 seconds of entering the store. He was EXTREMELY friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and patient and spent half an hour focused on helping me get the perfect products. Although this is not an Ulta I frequent (it's often short on products and the Sports Arena area has a major homeless problem that deters me from shopping anywhere in the area), I left VERY satisfied. Martin made it my most positive Ulta experience ever!

I went to see Niki at the Salon and she did awesome! I showed her a picture of the cut I wanted and she really took her time to ensure the cut. I loved her creative spirit! ??

The service at this store is terrible. It's unsurprising that when you step inside, it's quiet, just like the unhelpful staff. On the other hand, when you enter Sephora, it's bustling with customers.

Worst experience ever. Will not return. Some girl with the fake lashes, masculine flat eyebrows, & dark hair was so rude.I also was told I couldn't return items with a receipt unless I had my old # linked to the account. If that's the ONLY way to return, will never shop again. Especially with the arrogant cashier. I abhor that behavior. Customer service & kindness is clearly dead

I was in town for a wedding and I had a make up service done by Karyna. She was very sweet, prompt, and professional. I showed her an inspo pic of what I was looking for and she did a beautiful job. I was very pleased with the experience. Thank you Karyna! :)Side note, and this is not on Karyna at all but for Ulta's website! When you make the appointment online like I did, it states $10 for lash application.I was surprised to find out that this actually means that you bring in YOUR OWN lashes and they'll apply them for $10. Or you can purchase some in the store as well + $10 app. I wish this was clear on their website.

This Place has the Worse customer Service ever,god Forbid I ask for the Location of an item,you'd think they would show me where it is,instead of pointing to the general location,9 times out of 10 they don't have what I need.it's just not enjoyable going in there.

Came by to get a new foundation and concealer. Grissel helped color match me and she did an amazing job! She was very patient and took the time to hear me out. I told her my skin type and what I am looking for in a product and she helped direct me to the Clinique Stay-Matte foundation and concealer. She tried out 3 different colors before finding the right match and even added a bit of blush on my cheeks at the end. Thank you Grissel!

Stopped by ULTA for what I thought would be a quick transaction. All I wanted to do was return a few items, with the receipt in hand.I wish I asked for the employees names because they were so clueless, it was sad. These employees need way better training, especially the supervisors. They can't even answer simple questions.I've received better customer service at Chuck E. Cheese!

I love this Ulta location, it's my go to. Super convenient to my office, I can place a BOPIS order through my Ulta app. and by the time I'm done for the day, I just roll by Ulta pick up my order and head home for the day. I've always been treated really well at this location. Great customer service, and rarely when I do have a question about a product it's easy to find someone to help me. All of the reps/team members at this store are so kind. I appreciate that they seem to actually care. I've never had any issues with anything at this store. I love Ulta, I like that it's approachable and not all stuck up, I'm no makeup guru by any stretch, and I don't wear makeup to work ever. I can go in a mess from work and everyone here has always treated me with respect, I like that a lot. I try not to just browse because I will spend way too much, but when I do need to run in and look, it's clean and well stocked. Love you guys so much! My favorite Ulta in San Diego! Thanks for being so awesome!
