Great staff! Had some packages delivered before a conference and they took great care. Returns handled quickly and hassle-free.
Was in touch with Bryan, but everybody else was extremely professional as well.

Just go to the hotel front desk if you need any help with after hours pickups. (The sign does not indicate this)
Tried getting a package after hours for a conference. No one (including staff) knew how to obtain it. I had to go the next morning after the conference already started. UPS guy said that the hotel front desk could have gotten my package and there was a sign that indicated so. The sign said for after hours ādeliveriesā go to the front desk. I wasnāt delivering anything, I was picking up.

The security service outside is terrible, he is very aggressive and cannot give you any information. Very bad image for UPS, Starbucks and Hilton.

The supposed "business center" of the bay front Hilton is a UPS store selling things. No place to work, no tables, no chairs. Highly NOT recommended! Zero stars.

There should be a disclaimer in the description that services are intended for hotel guests or employees. There was a $6 fee to drop off a prepaid UPS box.

Super scammy UPS inside Hilton!!Tried to do UPS return and because they couldnāt scan Amazon generated QR code, they charged $4.30 just to print itā¦. Not supposed to happen with Amazon returns EVER.Will be reporting this location to Amazon!!

Service fees for the hotel location are a joke. Just needed to drop off prepaid and labelled UPS priority letters. 3 dollars per UPS letter just to drop off. I just walked to the UPS store downtown on principle.

Nice people! I went to pick up a package, and it was an easy process. There is a parking lot next door and I was charged $11 for roughly 15 mins. I saw there was an option to get the ticket compted, but I didn't think to ask UPS. Might be worth a try if you have to park there. The UPS can be a little tricky to find. You walk in by the Hilton sign near the parking lot, go up two sets of escalators, and you're there. Pics attached for reference. Just look for the signs on the pillars.
